At the end of October, I was with a friend in this hotel. I really liked the hotel. But everything is in order.
We flew with Turtess. We arrived on time, quickly found our bus after we found the desk of Tui's company with a girl on board), who told me where to find the bus and its number, everything was quick. We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 or so. We were registered and seated immediately. At the reception, we received a map of the hotel chain (a very handy thing with so many snack bars, pools and venues for evening shows) the network includes three hotels, two 5 and 4. The entire territory common to the use of guests, including pools, bars and snack bars, is only meals in the restaurant of your hotel. We were lucky, because the hotel closed a week later due to the end of the season, we got a family room with a sea view and a balcony). The room itself was not large, but very comfortable and well maintained. The room was on the second floor. The floor in the room is covered with carpet, and not as usual with tiles.
The next day we had an appointment with the guide of Tui's host company. Unfortunately, an overlay came out here, we were told the time and name of the tour agent, but he did not appear at the appointed time. They saw a girl in the form of Tui, approached her, said that they were waiting for a meeting with Resul, to which they received an answer, they say, and he is a day off today, and I had already finished a long time ago, it was said in such a tone as if we had to predict the day off and understand that she takes care of us. Well, in general, it’s unpleasant, but we learned everything we wanted, and we don’t need more, henceforth preferring not to communicate with this young lady.

The hotel had wifi. Free in the lobby of one of the three hotels or paid in the room and on the territory. The beach is very comfortable, sandy, a very long strip of beach, which is nice to walk along. Long and gentle entry into the sea, very convenient for families with children. There were always enough sun loungers, if not near our hotel, then near the neighboring ones. From experience, it has been noticed that the beaches near the 5-ok are cleaner and tidier, in contrast to the beach near the 4-ki. I don’t know what caused it, either the cleanliness of the guests (4, mostly Russian speakers), or the work of the staff of the 4-ki. Barkers hardly walk along the beach, only a couple of people offering leather, jewelry and photos. Sometimes unobtrusively passed with proposals for a walk on a yacht. What is very pleased, unlike the obsessive managers in Egypt.
As for the restaurant. The food was very good, varied enough for us. Lots of greens and salads. Mostly chicken predominated, but that suited us just fine. Plus a variety of desserts (the largest selection at lunch =) )
Now, as for the animation. During the day we watched the animators, but we never participated in daytime animation entertainment, so I can’t really say anything. But the evening shows were awesome. Of all my trips, the evening show in these hotels was the best, and the program and costumes, and the coordination of the work of the dance group and animators are all at a very high level. Both the music and the light are all debugged and rehearsed. Just do smart animators, always managed to soak something, cheer up. In general, there was no time to be bored, if you gave yourself the opportunity to take part in at least something. There was live music after the show. The repertoire of the two groups was completely identical, but this did not spoil the overall impression. Also, there was a disco on the territory of the hotel. We did not particularly like the disco, mainly due to the lack of air in the room, it was in the basement, it was very hot and stuffy. Plus, the repertoire, as I understand it, was adjusted to the visitors, and it was not impressive. ) In general, everything depended, apparently on the mood or, more precisely, on the number of disco visitors taken on the chest) Many people liked disco) Well, the taste and color... Every other day almost, trips were organized to Alanya, to the SummerGarden disco. I've never been there, so I can't say anything about her either.
Across the road from the hotel is a small market where you can choose souvenirs. In the same place, there are a couple of cafes with hookah. In the most extreme cafe (unfortunately I forgot the name) they make an excellent hookah. We really liked it, the bar itself is open almost until the morning, it is always full of visitors and has a very homely and friendly atmosphere. =)

In conclusion, I will say that the impressions of the hotel were very positive. Despite minor flaws. What can be attributed to poor housekeeping. That is, the towels were changed, the trash cans were cleaned, but the floor was not cleaned.
The quality of the hotel is also evidenced by the fact that many of the guests we met have chosen TT hotels for the first time, which, in my opinion, says a lot. I will recommend it to my friends and I myself would not mind getting there a couple more times.
