We rested in Pegasos Resort, I am writing fresh impressions. I compared it with last year, because we went to this particular hotel, since we were in it last year and we really liked it. The overall impression is that the level of service has dropped dramatically. This is no longer a five, but an average four, the only thing that remains unchanged is the sea. I agree that this is one of the best beaches for families with children, but there is a nuance - after Russian tourists appeared on the beach, sand mixed with cigarette butts - this was not the case last year. Unfortunately, no amount of persuasion that there are children around and that there is no need to litter and smoke on the beach does not help. The same impressions apply to restaurants. As for food, the assortment is smaller, there have always been fruits (apples, oranges, plums, grapes), but when bananas and peaches appeared, they disappeared within five minutes. There was fish, but no sea bream. From meat, mainly chicken in various forms. Separately, I will say about Tui's guides. Apparently, the tourists really interfered with their rest. At least the expression of dissatisfaction never left his face, issues were resolved only after calling the hotline. There is Coxsackie in the hotel, I saw a couple of children, parents took them to the beach. The guides warned at the meeting that if you do not want to pick up, do not go to children's clubs and swimming pools. We did not go, although it was difficult to explain to the child why last year it was possible, but not this year. Of the new entertainments, for tourists, thuja trampolines on the sea are free of charge, you just need to name the room number. At the same time, guides do not always have time to transmit information about tourists and they took money from some in the first days of their vacation. About the spa: I went to Royal, if you are used to a good massage, I recommend Sinan. Very professional, with oils, total massage lasts 1 hour. This year we did not get into a la carte, there were difficulties with recording, the machine did not always work. So you need to sign up on the first day and preferably in the morning. Sunbeds on the beach had to be borrowed, although until half past seven, then it was difficult to find free ones. Ali helped on the beach, arranged for tourists as best he could, but still there were not enough places. In general, the result is the sea is beautiful for small children, everything else is a good four. Probably next year, we will choose another hotel.
