To begin with, we should not have ended up in this garbage dump at all. The tour was bought back in March and had to go to the new Maya World hotel in Side. The day before departure, the tour operator called us (flying from Tui) and said that there was some problem at the hotel, people could not leave from there and therefore it was not possible to accept tourists. We were offered this "wonderful" hotel. We didn't have a choice, we agreed. Didn't get to see the reviews either. There were 2 adults and 2 children flying. The mood was naturally spoiled, but since we are people without pretensions and cool to relax, we can not be particularly upset. And here it is the long-awaited day of departure. We flew from Vnukovo, the flight was delayed for an hour. We arrived in Antalya late in the evening, it took 1.5 hours to get to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel, settled us quickly, even offered a meager dinner. Since we spent the whole day on the road, we did not consider the hotel, but simply went to bed. By the way, Tui, as a compensation, booked us rooms with a sea view, naturally we were settled in rooms with a view of the road and some kind of incomprehensible pit, from which loud and annoying noise was heard all the time.

Vegetables are standard: cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers. Salads also do not shine with variety. And dirt everywhere. The air conditioner does not work in the dining room, one can imagine that it is simply not possible to be there in the 40 degree heat.
The rooms are decent, decorated simply and tastefully. The room has a refrigerator, if you're lucky, it will even work. Air conditioning works, sometimes good, sometimes bad. There is a plasma panel that shows enough Russian channels. The shower in the toilet was constantly leaking. The balcony is also good, large, but you won’t be able to sit there, because. very noisy from the road and from the pit, which I wrote about above. On the balcony there is a table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer. As for room cleaning, this is a separate issue. Bed linen, according to the rules of the hotel, must be changed every 3 days. Naturally, no one does this. The cleaning lady starts cleaning the o'clock rooms from 9 and finishes only at 6-7 pm. Towels changed of course, but exactly the same dirty, with black spots. It seems that he takes from one room and puts it in another room. Water is not supplied to the room, you need to take it yourself from the lobby bar. They do not steal from the rooms, there are no complaints.
The lobby bar is also a separate issue. Waitresses pour beer into broken glasses (and only Russians), serve customers only on a national basis, the Germans are a priority. They also did not hear about teaspoons until they had to explain in a popular way where to stick this stick and scroll it. If children approached the bar, they simply did not pay attention to them and the request to pour tea was either ignored or said that there was no tea.

Wifi: this is generally a song !! ! There is such an Internet, it seems to be there, but it seems to be not. Works exclusively in the lobby. You can connect to the network only from 9 to 12 noon and that's it! The internet just doesn't work anymore. Overload

We celebrated our children's birthday there. I will dwell on it in more detail. It just so happened that our children have a birthday on the same day and my friend and I decided to arrange a mega-party for them so that they would remember for a long time. The hotel has such a woman, Olya, who is responsible for organizing holidays in the restaurant and is responsible for recording in a la carte. We agreed with her in a week how everything should go, ordered the menu, ordered cakes for the children. To say the holiday was ruined is an understatement. Not only is the restaurant, again, service on a national basis, we sat for an hour and a half with water in glasses and bread on the table. The waiters were in no hurry to see us. Came 1 time with a wine list and offered to buy wine. We refused, because We ordered drinks in advance. In general, in the end, we called the Russian-speaking manager and asked to invite Olga. She came in and sort of ruined everything. Immediately found champagne for us and non-alcoholic for children. The children were hastily presented with gifts and Olga disappeared into the night. The apogee of this festive dinner was the removal of cakes: the boy was presented with a cake with the girl's name, and the girl, respectively, with a cake intended for the boy. We already had just hysterical laughter. The holiday failed. The next day, Olya compensated for her joint with free coupons for freshly squeezed juice, which is made in the canteen for $ 1.
The only plus of all this disgrace is a great beach and sea! The sand, the entry into the sea is smooth, without sharp descents, the most for children! But then again: there are a lot of people, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone. At 8 am it is no longer possible to find a free seat, several times I had to sit with bags at the water's edge, like in Ukraine. Ali's beach scourge is a total blast. The comrade does not understand Russian at all, runs along the beach and does not allow anyone to turn the sunbed, as he wants, because. he has a wonderful piece of paper, which says that for 15 meters from the water, turtles lay their eggs.
And now more about the guides from Tui. Comrades do not understand why they are there. When we had the question of moving us to another room, according to the way it is written in our documents, Ravil just shrugged and said that nothing could be done. I had to resolve the issue through Moscow. Ravil only grinned and said that he no longer wanted to interfere in our great affairs. As a result, 3 days before departure, we were moved to a family room with a sea view, taking a receipt from us that the room was provided to us at no extra charge, but even then it was not without problems: in one room there was a bed, and in the other there was a laid out not a big couch. For a long time we fought to bring another bed. It was brought naturally, but it was not what we expected. The shower in the bathroom was leaking, of course they tried to fix everything, but to no avail.

There were plenty of people who wanted to change rooms, no question: $ 100 and your number. Moreover, they also took receipts from these people.
One fine day, our pareo flew off the balcony, we turned to the staff with a request to get it for us. A specially trained person came a couple of hours after 1000 reminders and, of course, they did not find a pareo. A trifle, but not pleasant.
In general, we left this hotel with joy, we do not advise anyone to buy a tour to this dump! Save your nerves and time!!! !
