Rested with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) at the end of July.
Don't believe the bad reviews! The hotel fully corresponds to the description on its website. On the first day, we were accommodated in a standard room for one night. the family was not ready. As a token of compensation, they provided a free safe and a room with a sea view. Their rooms are excellent - spacious, the furniture is new, the beds are huge, the floor is carpeted - it's nice to walk barefoot. The air conditioner blew to death. Cleaning is good, mostly from 9 to 12 hours. We left a dollar - and the blankets were figuratively wrapped, and they put 2 times more water in the mini bars. The hotel itself has an original design, I especially liked the silent transparent elevators! Opposite the reception there is a free Internet (you can send text messages! ) Payphone right next to the hotel, a card for 50 units. costs 4 bucks, and this time was enough for 20 minutes!
So much has been written about the buffet that there is nothing to add! But I want to say - for 10 days dinners have never been repeated, cheeses and sausages are not soy - delicious, there was enough meat for everyone in abundance (there were chicken, and turkey, and veal, and lamb, and grilled fish almost daily) And what desserts The wine is excellent from bottles - we drank white, but not very much from a barrel on the beach. My husband drank beer, he said it was good, light, always cold. From strong spirits - normal whiskey (but without ice and gin). You can eat at the pool bar and at the beach bar (children loved french fries and hot hamburgers). Watermelons and melons as much as you want from morning to evening, grapes 7 days out of 10.3 times there were peaches, plums, and almost daily juicy apples. Fruits can be freely taken out to the room, as well as coffee and muffins.
The staff all speaks English, there are also Russian speakers - at the reception Jan (very friendly), in the restaurant - Arsen, the animators are our Russian guys, in principle, they understood everything. I really liked the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers - everything with a smile, all requests were carried out quickly, there were no differences between Russians and foreigners. In general, there are a lot of ours in the hotel, but they behaved with dignity!
The animation is good, from morning to evening, and water aerobics, and water polo, and games with the kids. In the evening (at 21.00) a children's disco - we have adult children, but it gave us all real pleasure, our son even participated in the play (he received a prize). Then (22.00) an evening show (but we practically didn’t watch them - either walked or slept went to bed early, or sat in the lobby bar. )
What else is good is the presence of an indoor cold pool - such a buzz after the sun to cool there !! ! There were plenty of sun loungers both by the pools and on the beach (we occupied 5 for 4). Sauna, bath-freebie. I recommend taking massage in the hotel: there is no conveyor and the approach is individual (at the time of our stay it cost 35 bucks. )
Now the beach. Large, clean, there are awnings, there are umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is normal - small pebbles and sand. In our first days there was excitement, so the water was unclear, but somersaulting in the waves is a thrill! Then a calm settled and the water became clear, it was possible to dive with a mask.

In the evening, we walked around Konakli a couple of times - there are shopping arcades, fountains. On Wednesdays, a huge bazaar comes, but there prices are the same as in Konakli, you have to bargain!
Excursions were taken near the hotel, cheaper than the guide by 15-20 percent (multiply by four! ). yacht like cucumbers in a barrel!
What is worth seeing is the performance of the Turkish National Theater *Flames of Anatolia* - 200 people simultaneously dance both belly dance and Scottish step-cool!
