Rooms: 10.0
Service: 10.0
Cleanliness: 10.0
Food: 10.0
Amenities: 10.0
Hotel: large (7 floors), spacious lobby with sofas. Friendly staff. The hotel is more family friendly, the restaurant even has highchairs for children, as well as toilets for the disabled, ramps and two elevators. Upon check-in, cards are issued for towels, which you then exchange for towels at the spa, the spa is open from 8.30 and (seemingly) until 18.30. Most of the tourists are Poles, Germans and Turks, as well as Ukrainians.
Room: we had a room for 3 people on the 3rd floor (in their language, on the 1st floor, since the 0th floor is a pool bar, spa, a la carte restaurants (which did not work), 1st floor - restaurant, lobby, reception), normal renovation, comfortable beds, large closet, a lot of shelves, a safe in the room for a fee (we didn’t take it, no one steals there), a table, TV, refrigerator, chairs, large mirrors, bedside tables, air conditioning, a hairdryer, there is soap and shower gel, shower is normal, there was always hot water, a spacious balcony.
Internet: excellent free Wi-Fi at the reception, in the lobby and by the pool, so there is no point in buying a local card or taking internet at the hotel for $ 3 per day (then it will catch in the room)

Swimming pool: one huge, depth 1.5 m, a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas (there were always free places whenever we came), the second is small for children, depth is 50 cm, the third is small (depth is about 1 m), but with two slides for children, adults also rode there.
Beach: large, clean, a lot of sunbeds (again, they were always free), sunshades, sand and small stones, entry into the water is also sand with small stones, you can safely go barefoot without any shoes. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. On the beach there is a free toilet and a bar from the hotel.
Animation: Babi and Azat are trying very hard, it is clear that the guys like their work, they constantly invite everyone to competitions, remember the names of all tourists (for me it was generally from the category of fantasy), they constantly come up, ask how you are doing, joke, without these animators the hotel would be very boring, they really save the situation during the quarantine period)))
Food: keep in mind that rest before quarantine and after quarantine are two different holidays, there is not much food, but you will not be hungry, the choice of food was normal. There was meat, fish, soups, salads, vegetables, sausage, cheese, sausages, burgers, nuggets, french fries, cookies, buns, ayran, rice, grilled vegetables, bulgur, pasta, spaghetti, various sauces, sweets, watermelon, apples, apricots, pears... I don’t remember everything, but the food was fine))) You can’t pick it up yourself, the food is all behind glass and you need to show the staff at the distribution what to put on your plate and how much, but they give you as much food as you want, there are no restrictions. From the restaurant and from the bar on the beach you can take out food and drinks (but not impudent), they don’t say anything for it.
Drinks: alcohol is not a fountain (but, but the gin and tonic and Baileys were excellent))) non-alcoholic cocktails are also made. Cappuccino is sooooo delicious))) Ordinary water is given in sealed plastic cups of 200 ml. The pool bar is open until 00.00, in the lobby almost until 01.00

Excursions: from a guide, excursions, for example, a boat or a sightseeing tour to Alanya, cost $ 50 each, and on the way to the beach, the guys the same excursions cost $ 15 !! ! So it's not worth taking from a guide.
Cleaning: cleaned perfectly, always put a couple of bottles of water, if you had to change towels, just threw them on the floor (so it was written in the bathroom). We always left a couple of liras and chocolates on the bed.
Entertainment in the evening: after 22.00 you cannot leave the hotel, curfew. In the hotel after 21.00 and until 23.30 there is something similar to a disco, but Turkish music is played there all the time, once or 2 per evening they turn on something familiar to foreign tourists.
Near the hotel: not far from the hotel, on the other side of the road (7-8 min walk) there is a supermarket, there is a Migros grocery store (very cheap), where you can pay for your purchase in dollars or euros and they will give you the change in lira, which then you can spend it in other stores - Waikiki, Colins, Watsons, etc. There is no exchanger in the supermarket itself. The temperature is taken at the entrance. Opposite across the road (on the same side as the hotel there is another supermarket, but we liked this one better. Walk a little further - the bazaar begins and there are many shops with things, souvenirs, etc. You can pay in dollars there and you need to bargain with sellers, knock down the price at least twice!
In general - the rest was very pleasant, I recommend the hotel !! !
