A lot of the advantages of this hotel are described, they all correspond to the truth, but I want to become more on the shortcomings. Why....when you read laudatory odes, expectations do not always correspond to reality.
Rested in the high season of 2015 - July. The first drawback is a long road to the hotel (4 hours), we were ready for this, so we tuned in and moved more or less steadfastly. The hotel is located the last in the chain of hotels, the bus does not go further.
The first meeting with the staff at the reception made an unpleasant feeling, as if we were wearing an invisibility hat, the staff talked to each other for a long time, not paying attention to us. Well, we are not whimsical people, we attributed it to urgent matters and patiently waited. We traveled with two families, all with the same last name. After they noticed us, they began to offer one room for 5 people, although they booked a bungalow and a hotel room. We refused, they found rooms for us (I am writing this calmly now, at that moment my father-in-law began to boil and I did not know how to prevent an international scandal), but unpleasant impressions remained. I want to note that there are disadvantages and advantages of hotel rooms and bungalows. If you want silence and coolness, then this is definitely a bungalow, if a renovated room and a nearby restaurant, then the main building. In the bungalow, repairs are already in need of restoration, the cleaning was very poor, the cleaning lady never washed a piece of plaster in the corner (I'm not a prude, but I just can't say that the cleaning is 100%).

Restaurant - not bad, but also not ultra. There was enough food, there were queues for meat, I write it off for the high season. Seafood was in a limited range, once they gave "rolls" in Turkish. Whoever loves seafood is indifferent to fish, you won’t get pleasure. One lady resented the absence of mussels and squids, as well as red fish. There was fried fish every day. Everything else in large quantities and in good quality.
The beach - well, nooo, the entry into the sea is rocky, there is only one place without stones, but there all the kids hang out with their mothers. The pontoon helps, but there were a few days when it was raised due to a storm. The bus runs exactly on time, there were no problems with this. In the morning we went to the beach, after lunch we went to the water park.
Water park - liked it, very beautiful and worthy. At first I was angry that there were not enough circles for descent, but then I realized that if there were more, then you would not simply swim on the river. To find the circle, you need to stand at the end of the river, they throw it there.
Animation is a large stream of children, some animators do not try to remember at least bright children, like a conveyor belt. Evening animation is always interesting. That's what was the coolest thing for me from the whole holiday - it was a foam party at the hotel. Just super, everything is on the level: design, DJ girl, jackets, foam, pool, elite alcohol. The guests had a great time and even I, an aged girl, rushed into the pool, I could not be restrained.
The spa is a very weak hammam, it is cold and the staff did not like it. I asked for a woman, they gave me a Turkish man, also a “humorist”, but this does not work with me, he quickly took offense and fell silent. There is a sauna, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The girls on the beach were all indignant that they did not like the procedures.
Departure home - they called the reception at night, they said that they would send a car so as not to jump on the elevators. But alas....they did not wait and pulled their suitcases in their hands. Having expressed my phi, I wrote my impressions in the questionnaire so that the hotel would become better.
Everything else - nature, territory, water park, restaurant, drinks and cocktails were super.
Will I visit this hotel again? ! It is unlikely, and if I come, then just not in the high season.
