Firstly, I want to say that the tour operator "Coral - Odeon" organized a disgusting flight from Kyiv, Borispol airport.
Registration started at 2:45 in the morning, before that, of course, no one slept!!! ! At 4:45 there was a departure, after 2.5 hours we landed (safely), it took 3 hours to get to the hotel.....
My tour agent did not tell me that the villas are far from the central building and that you need to climb the stairs at least 80 steps....(depending on where you are coming from)

They met us with the words that the villa needs to be washed, it is necessary to wait until 14:00. We are very tired....sweaty, dirty, exhausted by the road....we still had to walk around the hotel for at least 3-4 hours....In other words, 20 minutes... a guide from another tour operator approached us "Anex" and told us that there is a great villa with a sea view, it is possible to settle there right at the moment, but at the reception they want money, we asked how much and he went to clarify..... he returns in 10 minutes and says - $70!!!!! ! We refused, decided to see what they would give us, and then we would have already decided.
Two hours later, we settled (I'm more than sure) in a room that we were offered for 70 USD, because it just had a sea view and, in principle, had the best view of all the villas located nearby No. 2400 .
Our tour agent also threw us... Firstly, she pulled until the last day with receipt of tickets for departure, and on the last day we only found out that our return to Kyiv would be at 8 am, i. e. at 2:45 we had to to move out of the room, registration began at 5:45, in short....we lost two nights and two days of rest - this is already more than a day !!!
And also, when we settled in our room, it was already about two hours (we already prayed because we were terribly tired), then after taking a shower we went to dinner and after dinner we didn’t go like all normal people to the beach or to the pool, or just look around........ we went to bed like squeezed lemons until the evening, but in the evening, of course, we could only have dinner and watch an animated show (not bad).
The level of service at ultra 5 * does not pull at all, for a good 5 * all inclusive only....Semi-self-service service...... with napkins on the tables in restaurants... there is a big shortage... they simply are not there it happens that they put one under the fork and it’s supposedly enough, you had to take it from them yourself if you caught your eye. For children, of course, there is paradise........ everything is there for them. The hotel has a good water park, there are probably 16 slides, I didn’t count exactly...
You can't relax near the pool, don't even believe where "Relax Pool" is written, it's very noisy everywhere!!!

We went to the beach once, we didn’t want to anymore, it was far away, and the minibus took us only to the bridge that leads to the elevator, that is, there are steps there too........ not a small number. What they write is that everything is free (not true), only local alcohol and sports grounds are free, but they need to be reserved from the very check-in until the last day, otherwise you won’t get there, you can do it with the animator. Other restaurants on the territory of the hotel are disgusting... You can only eat deliciously in a fish restaurant, the service is also good there, but the choice on the menu is very small and alcohol is paid, with the exception of local wine and "raki", everywhere they make you understand in plain text that give me a tip, I didn't give it...........for you will be forgotten forever.
From the water park to the central building, approximately climb the stairs (10 floors), for those who have a sick heart or high blood pressure, I don’t recommend such a hotel, because it is on a mountain, and all the facilities are built in such an order that without going up the stairs several times a day get by any way!!!!
Of course, the views from the hotel are beautiful, especially the sunsets in the evenings !!!!!!!!! ! Enchanting!!!!!!! ! Everything bad immediately disappears from the soul with the sunset....beauty, despite the second line from the sea, is worth resting in such hotels, only the tan will come off faster, because after all, swimming in the pool, and not in the sea.
Now a little about tours! Hamam: it costs $40, we went at 16:00, at 18:00 we were already ready to go back to the hotel, but we sat there for another hour and a half, because we were waiting for two more girls from our hotel, it turns out... they arrived there at 18:00, and we were already seething with anger at them....so, who is to blame for this? Tour operator "Coral".
Tour "Turkish night": This is not a restaurant "1001 nights", I did not even know about it. So they bring us there, and there is a very small, Ottoman room, they seat 10-12 people at the table butt, very low ceilings, a huge column hangs on our heads....there is a buffet, self-service, all the juices that are served there (UPI ), if you have heard of such a drink, if not, then I tell you: it is water diluted with fruit powder...

When the show starts, the music is so yelling over your ears....(like your brains are beaten with a blender to a creamy state) and so you have to sit until 23:00 from 21:00. The show "Turkish night" does not match the name at all, you will see dances there in the style of a Caucasian hopak, which you can often see in our Georgian, Azerbaijani restaurants, the belly dance was two miniatures of 10 minutes each of two hours, and danced there for such a level as our girls dance in oriental restaurants....(shit is all organized) By the way, I want to note that for Turkish guests the table was away from our tables and from the pumps and there was no self-service, there was a service. This tour also cost $40.
Tour Alanya, to the tower. Also 40 USD: everything is fine until they bring us to a restaurant and there is a beach there. So, the Russians are all sitting on the sunny side, and for the rest there is a room in the shade..... water is not free!! ! 1 dollar! You also need to go down the stairs to the beach, because the restaurant is on a mountain, but when I looked at that water from above, I even changed my mind about going down, it was either crap from the yachts that moored there, or fuel oil, but in short, big black stain, very dirty water, we ended up sitting in that restaurant for 3 hours, waiting for this tour to end....
This is how our holiday turned out. . .
Enjoy your holiday, I wrote as much as possible all the details and moments, so draw the right conclusions, I hope you are more lucky than me. There are a lot of Russians and Turks resting on the territory of the hotel.
