My review is for those who value their time and money.
Time of visiting the hotel from 1 to 14 August 2009. Family of three (12 year old child). I must say right away that the hotel left a double feeling: everything seems to be beautiful, but that's all. Well, first things first.
On the way from the airport, get ready for a three-hour drive with stops to drop off other tourists, while your guide monotonously monologues. For those who are in Turkey for the first time, it may be interesting to listen to the usual nonsense, but not for me.

Settlement: as soon as you get off the bus and go to the reception, your suitcases are grabbed by a smart boy and carried. Catching up with him at the door, it is necessary to explain that the number has not yet been received. Tip 1: do not listen to the tour operator who promises you that when you check in, you will be given a room in the main building instead of a villa. We didn’t even look at what number they gave us, but asked for specific numbers of villas (by the way, written out from someone’s review). After a pause, brightened up by a 10 dollar bill, we were given a room in Villa 3500 on the top floor, which basically suited us.
As it should be for those who arrive over 5.000 km. not for cheap booze, but for the sea, as soon as we left our bags, we immediately went to the beach. You can get to it in two ways: wait near the main entrance for a minibus, or walk downhill for 400-600 meters (depending on the place where you are settled). Disappointment 1 - there is no entrance to the sea. Literally from a depth of 50 cm, stones begin, so there is no beach. True, there are two piers, but one has no exit to the sea, and the other has two vertical stairs, constantly plastered with children, grandmas, and other hanging substances, so you don’t go in or out.
Disappointment 2 - all bars have cheap disposable glasses!?? ? Well, almost everyone has written about diluted UPI instead of juices. I don’t write about alcohol, everything Turkish is “swill”, imported for money.
Disappointment 3 - to have lunch or dinner, like an idiot, you have to go around the hall several times with full plates, there are never any places!
Near the bar, in order to take a glass of "Sprite" to a child, you need to stand for 5-10 minutes, and when you reach the table and try, you understand that this donkey poured you mineral water.
There is no dress code even for dinner, so you have to constantly stumble upon naked bodies in wet swimsuits while eating, which, believe me, does not increase your appetite. It makes no sense to write about nutrition - everyone has their own taste, there are fruits, but all are green...
Disappointment 4 - "blue" animator is engaged in your children!!!??
Disappointment 5 - for fourteen days the water in the pools never changed, and in the evening you could see the servants cleaning the floors around the pool. Where do you think it gets its water from???

About playing sports: starting from 7:00 until late in the evening, you can’t go to billiards or tennis - everything is busy around. It should be noted that children in the hotel of different ages make up 30-40% of the total number of vacationers, so they scurry about everywhere.
Room cleaning: despite the fact that I regularly left 1 dollar for 10 days, on the last day some pig stole a gold bracelet (15 g) from a cosmetic bag, but to hell with it (it was necessary to lock it in a safe) , but shook up the entire ladies' handbag and pulled out 15 rubles in change !!!
Turning to the reception, we were very politely asked to write a statement about the loss, they took it and forgot it. At least some bastard would apologize !!!??
In general, the impression is the following: a hotel with an attempt at presentability, but with a cheap approach. In pursuit of quantity, quality has not been achieved. Tourists for all hotel workers are a husk that has already paid for everything and is no longer interesting.
A few words should be said about the gardeners: their work on turning an overgrown rock into a Garden of Eden is admirable, and the architecture is also pleasing.
Conclusion, who does not feel sorry for $ 5.000 and who has not been in real fives - you will like it. Who requires attention and respect - think.
