Good day to all! I can express my opinion about Utopia World 5*! We are not the first time in Turkey. Therefore, my review will be quite objective! We rested in September 2009, a family of two adults and two children (5 and 2 years old). They lived in houses.
Let's start with the positives: the hotel is very beautiful. The decoration of the central building and the bungalow is good, everything is clean and beautiful. Nature, especially the view of the sea and the city, just class. The sea (the sea itself, not the beach) is clean. The food is almost all varied and delicious. Very good slides (precisely slides, not the water park as a whole). Lots of pools for all tastes.
And now the most interesting, the cons (and then Ostap suffered):
1. STEPS!!!!!! ! For those who live in the center. The case is not a problem. But for the rest it is HORRIBLE! I have never walked so many stairs in my life.
2. This is not an Ultra All, but the simplest All. I love local champagne, they give it for money. There are freshly squeezed juices in the morning, but for money.
3. The hotel is very far away. You leave the hotel 5 hours before departure.
4. Hike to the sea! Yes, there is a bus. But! Comrades, throw a stone at me, who rested there and who disagrees with me. After the minibus, you go down the stairs again, and when you go from the sea relaxed from the sun, it’s not a descent, but an ascent, then a bridge across the road, and then an elevator and a beach. The beach is small and very dirty. All in stones and the entrance to the sea is also in stones. As an option, only descent into the sea from the pier.
5. Children and holidays with children: do not even think about going there with a baby in a stroller, there are steps everywhere. Children constantly drink, and as a result often go to the toilet. And to go to the toilet, you either have to go down the stairs (rather steep) and go to the hotel or go up the stairs and go through the reception. Children's table is a show-off! Because he is only for dinner, and then only, either 1 or 1.5 hours. But that's not the point, the point is that in the children's menu everything is the same as in the diet. Namely pasta and French fries. Soki is a bred Yupi.
6. Towels, really not new, but in places very shabby. To take towels, and, accordingly, to hand them over, you need to go down to the -2nd floor of the main. Building. It's especially cool when you go back to your cottage afterwards.
7. Aqua park - yes, good, but terribly not thought out. The steps are steep to climb the slides. Wooden and very slippery. Some had bits of green rag on them to keep them from slipping, but most of them didn't. How many people fell there! Before my eyes, the girl fell, and holding on to the handrail, she took a step and slipped and fell a second time. Children's slide with dragons, in general, tin! The water pressure is very strong, it is not realistic for an adult to approach it, and even more so for a child.
8. Adult animation is cheap enough. The guys are trying, but sometimes it turns out quite vulgar. Once the dancers came.
9. Waiters are not educated. They lead and talk as if we are old friends and have a rest together. They always walk and meow, my children have already shunned them at times.
10. A LOT OF CATS. And they crawl everywhere. I personally saw how one cat climbed on the table to the cooks, on which they cooked.
