We rested in Utopia from May 29 to June 8.
We flew with "Coral Travel" despite different reviews, flew on time, there were no problems with delivery to the hotel, we arrived by micro bus in 2.5 hours.
The hotel was settled without any problems, on this day it was even possible to choose a room.
The location of the hotel is very good, the views are amazing, especially the sunsets. The hotel staff is quite friendly. The first impression was that it was as if he did not fly away from Russia, 90 percent were Russian-speaking tourists. The next day we met with the guide from Coral - Zaur. You can’t call him a guide, just the seller of excursions answered all the questions that nothing could be done, and if he didn’t buy a tour, he generally ignored him, he was seen a couple of times in the hotel, and even then in the dining room. So you need to be prepared that with any questions and problems, you will have to deal with it yourself.

At the beginning of June, the picture changed not for the better. Buses to the hotel were drawn in a string, and our friends arrived, and then we saw how people were taken in groups to other hotels due to lack of space, there was no difference with which operator they arrived. At the reception, people were so rude……… we have not seen this yet, we were shocked and this is a hotel that positions itself as a deluxe. With sunbeds on the beach, there were problems, after 8-00 everything is already busy, people start to take sunbeds from 6-00. We went swimming in the morning at 7-00, half of the sunbeds were already covered with towels, the beach is very small. Near the main building, the sunbeds occupied the same place in the morning, but a little later people go to have breakfast and immediately throw towels on the sunbeds, the places also quickly run out. In the water park, things are better with this. Even at 9-00 you can find free places, but in recent days, the water park workers have begun to take sunbeds in the morning for those who come to the water park from outside for money. So the number of free places is sharply reduced, vacationers even laid towels on the stone sides in order to somehow get settled - we realized that the season had begun.
The restaurant is small for so many people. There were enough places for breakfast, for everyone who passes at 8 in the morning. At lunch at 13-00 it was possible to find a place, later I don’t know, but I saw how people were anxious with plates in search of a free place. Dinner is the most interesting: half an hour before the start of dinner, people took their places on the veranda, 10 minutes before the entrance, a crowd gathered in front of the entrances, and the assault began, after that there were still enough places in the hall, although after 20 minutes everything was filled, so it’s better to have time to take place. And the first 20 minutes, respectively, the queue for everything, although there was enough food. New trays were brought in all the time.
And of course, in the middle of our vacation, we noticed that some bartenders began to be frankly rude to vacationers. Fortunately, there were not very many of them and they changed them from one bar to another. There was one girl bartender at the Laguna Bar, who tried to be rude to almost all Russian-speaking people, so this bar was the least crowded.
Therefore, if you do not pay attention to these little things or somehow adjust to them in the rest, everything is fine. We had a good rest, the hotel is not expensive, so it’s probably not worth demanding perfection from it.
