Finally, she gave up and gestured to me at the door, began to change the bed, we had already tried to fall asleep for an hour and a half, I waited in the corridor and was surprised that she managed it very quickly, and without a vacuum cleaner, but when I entered, I was even more surprised , she changed our bed, and for our adult 17 year old son she straightened the old one anyway. Then it became just scary for me to stay with this woman and I went to the room to my friends for my husband. By my appearance, he quickly realized that something was wrong, she didn’t have to wait long for her reaction, he was shocked that all this time we couldn’t go into a clean room and the blanket she threw flew from the fifth floor into the hall, and immediately- but a non-working phone rang for us and they came from the reception, and during this time we examined the room: she did not vacuum, did not wipe the dust, did not wash the floor on the balcony, in one pile. All entertainment during the day takes place one by one on a concrete circle above the pool, there is absolutely no point in the large territory of the hotel, unlike Paloma, where all this took place in different places provided for entertainment and all on a chic lawn, in the shade of trees, and not in the sun under an umbrella, the children's room sucks, it's always dirty, I met animators several times, and then preparing for evening performances, and in Paloma the children's room was carpeted, not a second without animators, with cartoons, with games, with awesome educational games, contests , presents, it was a large area with swings on the street, well, 1000 times better than here. We were ready for food, but until foreigners arrived at the hotel, there were no strawberries or melons on the tables. But there are no bananas, cherries, and pineapples at all, but in Paloma we just ate all this, the restaurants there were chic, here the main one is more like a canteen, they constantly ran for napkins, the bars were empty, in Palama they were just bursting with choice, and ice cream all day, and natural juices are free, but here it’s for money, when we began to squeeze juice from an orange ourselves, we were forbidden to take it in the morning, and they were in a basket as decoration, the restaurants on the reservation turned out to be 8 euros per person, for the sake of interest we went to fish, horror, and the restaurant itself, and they are all located one by one through the wall, and at first glance they differ only in chairs, and the food there sucks, and if you can’t go there, then when you leave, they will deduct money from you, IN PALOM IS GORGEOUS SUPER FISH RESTAURANTS, ON THE SEA SHORE, WITH DISCO soft oriental sofas, candles, everything is delicious, expensive seafood, by candlelight, Italian-classic, but the food is unusual, they didn’t want to go to Chinese, but I liked everything there most of all, we remember the whole vacation very often, ALL FREE LATNO, AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN WALK AT LEAST EVERY DAY, DIFFERENT FROM utopia. They came to the children's water park, there are no places, there are empty sun loungers on the second tier, we ourselves worried and brought this one sun lounger (for 8 people) and one pillow from the third tier, on which our children tired from the descent to the water park immediately lay down. The guards immediately came down to us and told us to put everything in place, and they don’t care where we will all be, but there are still empty sun loungers with towels around. We refuse to explain that we need to be somewhere, and it’s not clear why to lie on pillows on the third tier, and on sun loungers on the second tier, where it’s not convenient with children on the stairs, and lying there without children is all the more inconvenient because it’s noisy due to Children and adults are not allowed to swim in the children's pool. We were already promised to call the police and were told that the rules of the hotel should not be violated, but in Paloma these pillows lay on a chic lawn in an unlimited number, and they also brought them to you, sun loungers too. The food compared to Paloma was very poor, everything was repeated in the rows, there were queues for food, there was very little meat, from what they didn’t eat, they made salads, and in Poloma everything was in abundance and fresh. They waved to wear towels, there is only one exchange office for the whole hotel, in a place not convenient from the sea and the water park, it also works by the hour, there are several of them in Paloma and are located on the way to the sea and to the pools. You can’t take sun loungers from the piers at sea, although they are in abundance there, at the entrance to the sea there are HUGE stones on which our friend broke his toe, and we were not given any help, although he was waiting for her at the doctor’s door for two hours.
