Hi all!! ! Yesterday we returned from Utopia. A lot of positive impressions, especially for children. The territory is very beautiful, the views are gorgeous - the presence of numerous steps did not bother - it’s even useful to walk around after such a binge. I can say about the hotel guide - as it was written in one of the reviews - we had Farid - the seller of vouchers. The only thing that interests us is that we would have bought an excursion tour, after we found out that we were not going - we lost interest in us - and until the end of the holiday we did not communicate with him. The front desk people are friendly and always helpful. They took advantage of the insurance, the youngest was ill - they were taken to the hospital - they put a dropper - they did not pay anything. We are satisfied with the rest - EVERYTHING IS SUPER !!! !
