Rested with my family: me, husband and son 13 years old. After looking at a couple of hotels, the travel agency manager immediately suggested Utopia! We fell in love with him at first sight! Booked a place in the main building, two months in advance! And these two months lived in expectations. . . Arriving at Antalya airport, after 30 minutes we were already on our way. . . to our hotel. We drove for three hours, but the road is not at all tedious, because the air conditioners work and the views from the window were very beautiful, having stopped at five hotels along the way, we had the opportunity to compare our hotel with others. , and already by outward signs it was clear that Utopia was the best! In the reviews, everyone is afraid that there are problems with the settlement. . . we arrived at lunchtime, we were immediately offered to go down to the restaurant and have lunch, only after that the check-in procedure began. At first we were told that there were no rooms available, that we had to wait two hours. We left our suitcases at the reception and went to get acquainted with the surroundings of the hotel, walking in the heat for about 15 minutes in the clothes in which we arrived, we again approached the reception, where we were offered to change clothes in the room and take a walk until it was cleaned. That is, after 20 minutes we already had a number. very friendly staff. We noticed how people treat them, they will treat you the same way. . . as soon as they say the word "Please" in Russian, they are ready to fulfill any of your requests. If people began to shake their rights and be rude to the staff, then they pretended that they did not understand Russian. There is a free safe in the room, but without using it for the first two days, I had the imprudence to leave my women's handbag with money on the nightstand. And after a couple of days we missed 100 dollars in it. Either the cleaning lady could have taken them, which I doubt very much, because she was always polite and always asked if everything was okay. . . every morning replenished the minibar of the Turks, impudent behavior, we think about him. So don't leave your money unattended!! ! In the bar every day free water, cola, fanta. They carry and carry, we are already saying no, they still carry! They cleaned the room every day, the bed was changed every two days, or even every day! The cleanliness in the room was perfect, without any tips, we already told the cleaning lady that we didn’t need to clean up, that we were clean, to which she answered with a smile, okay! We fed in the main restaurant for slaughter, several types of meat, grilled turkey, tongue with a very tasty sauce, fish. . . once they gave Dorado fish - very tasty. At lunch and dinner, the waiters walk between the tables and ask what kind of drinks to bring you, you can order them at least beer, at least wine, sprite and all sorts of soda. They bring it to the table, that is, you don’t have to go yourself. There are bars near each pool where there is everything: beer, various delicious alcoholic cocktails, martinis, baileys, amaretto, whiskey, cognac, drink as much as you want, all these drinks are available in any quantity in the lobby and at the disco, all inclusive. On the beach in a restaurant from drinking beer and wine, the pizza is very tasty, fries, fruits and vegetables, you can dine on the beach. The water park also has something delicious to eat and drink beer! In general, eat and drink to your heart's content. . . And the steps are a big plus for those who do not want to gain extra pounds. Sometimes we walked from the beach, the minibus stopped and offered to get there, but you have to burn calories somehow! The minibus comes to pick up from the beach at the top where, after the elevator, you still have to overcome three flights of steps. And for those who have small children, you need to have a phone right from the bar on the beach, the bartender has a phone, ask they will give it to you, dial the number 9, get to the reception and ask the bus to come to the beach, because you have a small child, you really need wait 10 minutes. The bus also takes you to the water park, so you shouldn't be so afraid of these steps. About the beach: every piece of paper is constantly removed, but packages were floating in the sea. . . Here people are to blame. In the pools, the water is like fresh milk. . . You can swim all day without going out. Only in the indoor pool the water is cool, but those who were burned out in the sun and could not be in the heat for a long time bathed there. Animation every evening at 21.30 after the children's disco. Every day is different, there were many contests and gifts. Usually, after the animation, everyone went to the bars, some by the pool, some in the lobby and sitting with a martini or a cocktail (whatever you like) enjoyed the beautiful views of Alanya and the sea. This beauty cannot be expressed in words, it must be seen! The hotel is just amazing and do not look at the fact that the road from the airport is not close Utopia is worth it !! ! We still miss her, we left home almost with tears! I liked absolutely everything!! ! There was nothing to spoil our holiday!
