We stopped at this hotel, as it was advised to us at the agency, it was a refusal tour. We had a bungalow room, everything is absolutely normal, and everything was fine with the settlement. The room was cleaned normally, everything worked. The food and service at the hotel was good. The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel is on a mountain, and since I'm 50, my husband is 58, it was terrible for us, of course. Firstly, we got into the heat, in September it was 37-38 degrees, and it was not comfortable for us to move around the hotel, since it is located on a mountain, we had to go up / down constantly on elevators, from the reception the bus drove to the elevator, then it was necessary to go along the bridge over the highway, then again to go down the elevator, in general, it was terrible. We are used to a slightly different rest, when you go out and immediately the sea. We went to the restaurant only 2 times a day, the rest of the time we spent on the beach, because these elevators were tiring. Young people love this hotel, there is good animation and evening programs are good, but we don't need all that, we need a more relaxed holiday. And the fact that the hotel is on the mountain was somehow not immediately reported to us, but of course we need to talk about this. We did not go on excursions, so we did not even meet the guide. There were no shops far from the hotel. In general, the hotel is good, the service is good, it deserves a high score, from 8 to 10.
