All June carefully chose the hotel. I read reviews, looked at pictures... and chose Utopia, because despite the rare comments, the vast majority of reviews contain phrases like "super", "fairy tale", "paradise" and so on, so I will not focus too much on what I liked, and I will carefully analyze the shortcomings, which, to my surprise, were much more than expected. Do not take my review as a nitpick - yes, I will find fault with all the little things, but only so that you have a complete and real picture of the hotel.

This hotel is the base of the "annex tour" operator. Coral and others sell it as partners, although Coral has its own flights, which are used by the annex. When buying a tour, I carefully asked the managers of the annex about all the details (after all, I paid a lot, and I myself worked in a tour operator) - a clear answer was given "We don't have problems. " I took the main building (with a surcharge) and the morning transaero flight (another surcharge). I came for a ticket - they silently give me another flight - an evening flight (which is free of charge) with the loss of a day and to another airport. Moreover, they brazenly lie to me that the flight was canceled, but it was not canceled and took off on schedule (I called the carrier) - after asking the manager why this was so, the smile immediately changed to boorish aggression with the phrases "there will be only such tickets from the annexation. " Tickets were issued "electronic" - that is, just a meaningless bw printout - as a result, the flight was changed to me 3 times and each time for the worse. When they changed, they pulled out the old record from the contract and inserted another sheet, in general you can’t make any claims. In general, be vigilant and if you have already decided - then buy through Coral - they at least warn and look for an alternative, and not put before the fact.

So, we arrived at midnight and at the reception they immediately said "No rooms", tired from the move, we agreed to spend the night in the Villa. In the morning we were promised a room with a sea view and a free ala-carte (the restaurant is not free - the entry is 7 euros). Settled for the night in a villa next to the road, it was not a quiet night at all. The room was not cleaned - there were half-drunk bottles of cola, the garbage was not taken out, plates with leftovers were rotten in front of the door, the air conditioner did not work (batteries in the remote control ran out), there was no late dinner. the next day at the reception there was already another person who repeated "there are no rooms" and offered to return us $ 10 per day, although the surcharge was many times more. Nothing else was offered to us and we had to raise a scandal. The room was immediately found (same uncleaned), with a view, but the staff almost spat in the back for the rest of the rest - for the first time I am faced with settling in "Turkish", and the Russian-speaking manager is completely useless, without authority, it is not clear why she is needed there at all . As a result, the guide helped out, who said that at the reception they are "friends" with the Russians only if they pay extra. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF THE HOTEL. at the first info meeting of 11 people, the number was asked to change 8! They dynamite everyone, there were daily scandals, sometimes even the bourgeois are sent. All rooms are sold without a certain type and this gives liberties with placement. The climbs from the villas to the main building are very steep, of course, we can talk about the benefits of physical exercises, but in the heat of 35 it is definitely not high. You will not be able to avoid the ubiquitous descents of the ascents, and it is especially inconvenient to walk (ride) on the sea. Pool 3 - the main one (at the dining room), "open" - with a view of the sea and the lower one (round-the-clock), but it is unrealistic to find sunbeds in any of them, the hotel is still not small. Sea - 10 minutes walk from the hill + elevator. The sea is full of sun loungers at any time. an ordinary bar by the beach, no ultra, only fruits and cakes from food. there is a pantone from which you can jump - the depth allows, but near the shore it is stranded with a diverse stone and an artificial mound of sand from which there is only turbidity. To the left of the main one there is a "hidden" beach with pebbles and many people prefer to walk teda (the water is cleaner). There are no other beaches or hotels nearby. I advise you to take swimming shoes with you. and the mask can be left at home.
The water park is very good, although not very convenient because of the mountainous terrain, with sunbeds it's hard, but get used to it. one of the children's slides ends with a "mushroom" column (see photo) - this is the quintessence of the illogicality of some decisions during construction.

Frankly, I was disappointed. Breakfast is very meager, as in any cheap 5k, pancakes are rare, eggs are not fried "in front of you", bread for toast is frozen and in general something is always missing. however, we must pay tribute to the fact that the staff works smartly, cleans the tables and gives the cutlery in minutes, there were always enough tables, but it’s difficult to take a table with a “view”. For lunch, fruits appear - strawberries, cherries, etc. , nice of course, but again everything is spoiled by the lack of teaspoons and large plates (there are none for breakfast). You expect the most from dinner, but the kitchen "with you" does not work every day, the variety is like in an ordinary hotel, it doesn’t remind you of ultra, I didn’t notice fish days and other things, there was a Turkish evening 1 time where they gave shawarma a couple of slices. CONCLUSION - DO NOT flatter yourself with ULTRA - only fruit comes from it. With a drink, everything is easier - the local "baileys" is only in the lobby bar and in the central bar. at the upper pool and by the sea the bar is ordinary - only beer and standard powder drinks. In UALL bars there is no "menu", although they pour rake, juice and cocktails if you ask, but the lobby is open around the clock, which is good news if you relax in the main building.

The view of the city is amazing, one might say unique, both during the day and in the evening (although there were fogs almost every day). Large water park for a hotel. Room cleaning. 3-level pools (in the lower one you can swim at night! ). Sufficiently spacious (for Turkey) rooms. Personal air conditioning that does not turn off when the balcony is opened and other loyal moments about energy saving in the rooms.

Bathroom: lack of hot water in the rooms at lunchtime, disgusting Chinese plumbing, lack of shower caps and other excesses typical for a "LUX" hotel. Number: cool mini-bar, which for a week could not freeze the ice. In some Villa rooms there is a threshold in the room that your child is sure to trip over. Extremely narrow closet, in which the hangers fit only sideways. The remote control from the air conditioner is built into the wall (it is inconvenient to get up at night).
