It really fascinated us from the photos with its majesty and views, but for a long time we doubted at the expense of such a remote beach, but if we only knew that it would not be the worst... We rested together with my husband from 26.08 to 05.09. 2010. The road from the airport did not take so much time, as we expected with a sociable guide, it completely flew by unnoticed) But approaching the hotel, the guide asked us what hotel we were in last year in Turkey and, having heard our answer, grabbed his head with with the words: "How?! ! And now you have decided to come to Utopia??? ". . . But somehow we did not attach any importance to this, because. were very positive
We settled in about an hour later, but we originally booked a room in the main building, maybe that's why it was so fast. While I was filling out the check-in form, four different families approached me, who were deliberately settled in the most remote villas, while the guide offered them to solve this issue for $ 50))) That is, in Utopia this is one of 1001 ways to legally take away money from vacationers)) ) We went and begged for the second key several times a day for exactly three days, they even offered to buy it, and they agreed only on the third day !! ! We have not seen this before, usually it is not a problem at all...

In a great mood, we go to the pool on the -1 floor (if I'm not mistaken, it's called an activity pool) there are free sunbeds to our surprise, although there are a lot of people around the pool !! ! My husband decided to go for drinks, I waited 30 minutes for him, and when I return, he tells me that there, in the bar near the pool, there is a nightmare queue, the bartender, opening a new keg, pours all the people standing in line under the pressure of beer escaping from the keg, a hotel worker boy comes running and allegedly begins to collect all this mess of water and beer from the tile with a mop, again pouring water on the feet of people standing near the bar... After listening to this, I thought to myself "Wellcome to Utopia World")))
Dinner. Surely I understood the gesture of our guide about the hotel when we came for dinner... It is problematic to find a table on the terrace... The waiters there are not waiters, but only cleaners of dirty dishes. Even if we found a table, we had to either find clean cutlery and napkins ourselves, or repeatedly ask to be cleaned and set the table... And I'm not talking about the fact that no one even comes up and offers wine until you give a tip to the waiter, and again you are standing in line for drinks to yourself... Sorry, but this is the first time I see that in a 5-star hotel they were served for dinner as a signature dish (for which, to my surprise, there was a queue, by the way) chicken wings -grill and chicken navels. . . (((For all 11 days we met beef skewers and fish steaks once. . . Sweets are a separate conversation, everything is monotonous only in different colors and a limited number, and this despite the fact that we they came to the beginning of dinner... It’s a shame to remember about seafood, if it was served, it was small bony fish, there weren’t even shrimps...
Breakfast. If your man is used to having a hearty breakfast, then wean him from this before the trip, because. for breakfast you will find only buns, cereals, yogurts, cheese, sausage, and scrambled eggs and such a breakfast every day, every day)))
Dinner. It's really bad. . . Apparently, the menu is designed for the Germans))) The predominance of different types of sausages, french fries, etc. You take a large plate, fill it with a little bit of everything, and in the end you eat the 4th part of the plate there, because. the rest is simply impossible... We left with a decent feeling of hunger, because. the food is tasteless and I had to take peaches with me from the restaurant so that I could have a bite to eat later))) Yes, by the way, there are simply no fruits, apples, pears and grapes, grass is grass)
Near the activity pool, a woman bakes delicious cakes (you can have a bite) and there is also delicious ice cream)
Pools. During our entire stay at the hotel, we saw only once that they were being cleaned, there were even dirty stripes on the tile, but !! ! I was struck the most by going down to the lowest pool at about 22.00 there were a lot of people with small children. Having plunged into the pool, I felt uneasy... There was some kind of foamy coating on the walls of the tiles and handrails, it dawned on me that the water was being chlorinated at that moment !! ! For two days we could not wash the smell of chlorine off ourselves!! ! What a horror, really it was impossible to put some kind of warning about chlorination of water?!
Beach. To be honest, we were there only twice) The car takes you to the beach from 9:00 to 18:00, but you can also stomp your feet) went to fix something with the same hands food !! ! The food was open and flies were freely climbing on it in herds!
Room cleaning. Very bad cleaning, despite the fact that tips were left every day, only once a swan was laid out and decorated with flowers. And yet I didn’t try to make allowances for the fact that they are very overworked, but sorry there were such moments that you just can’t close your eyes and ask them to clean up normally... As far as my husband is not picky, but on the last day he couldn’t stand it, he took a camera and took a few unpleasant shots, motivating them that I’ll tell you - they won’t believe, but I have proof will! )))
Mini bar. The man who replenished the mini-bar once found us in the room and zealously hinted at a tip, my husband did not like such impudence and did not give anything out of principle, and the next day we left for an excursion at 16 o'clock and the mini-bar was not there full at all, a day later I had to complain to the reception ((( By the way, we heard similar cases from other vacationers...
Evening get-togethers. In the evening, a girl plays the piano superbly in the lobby. In the evenings, we sat on the terrace of the lobby bar (there is the most normal choice of alcohol and pleasant waiters), but again this “but” that I hate, after all, local alcohol, local alcohol is different... Very much it’s bad (it gives off strong alcohol) and it hurts a lot in the morning, although this didn’t happen before, and we only drink weak cocktails...
