I traveled with my hypertensive mother (disabled) and son, about which the hotel was notified. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am, settled after 14. Absolutely not in the bungalow that I ordered. She was indignant, a small Turk with an aquiline nose began to lie that an order had not come from Ukraine. I didn’t believe it (I always go with one travel agency). Another Turk, Talam, came up, began to read what was written in the order - everything was handed over from Ukraine, but this did not help, despite the fact that my mother was disabled, they settled us in bungalow No. 37. , (the view from the window opened on another bungalow. ) I decided that if I sort out they will settle on the 3rd line, I resigned myself.
Everyone who has been to Turkey knows how pleasant the Turkish bath is. We bought a bathhouse from our tour operator (Coral Travel), with a guarantee that if you suddenly don’t like it, then there will be mountains of gold. The design of the bath is excellent, the best I have ever seen. Kazakh girls made us a peeling spectacle that was extremely unpleasant (tired, tortured, 7 sweats dripped from them, not from work, but from the climate in the bathhouse). That is, if you came at the beginning of dinner, and there are very few people in the hall, then they will not even come up to you and ask what to bring to drink, when you finish dinner, a miracle will happen, they will bring you. The glasses are unique, 100 grams in size, but inside a third of the volume is the bottom! Even a child could not get drunk. If the hall is full to you, in general, they won’t come up, but they will follow each other and laugh. I put bucks on the table, in the hope that they would pay more attention, where there is, people have no time to look at the tables of the "guests". You say: why be nervous, you can take it yourself, it is logical, but not in this hotel. More precisely, chemical UPI, you can, but cola, sprite, just water and even airan, only in a bar where there are 2 bartenders for a hundred guests and a couple of waiters, and the waiters are served in the first place. And if you decide to ask the bartender for some water 15 minutes before the end of dinner, you will be advised to go to another bar, on another floor, and don’t care that after dinner, the 2nd dinner begins. For the 2nd dinner, you are not allowed anything but UPI or hot tea. Even coffee only in vending machines!! ! No coffee bags. Natural juice for breakfast was given - for $ 5 a small glass. Corn was sold for $5 an ear, and so on. I remind you that Utopia is a 5-star deluxe hotel. By the way, the word “de” is translated from Ukrainian as “where”, so everything turns out to be honest: where is luxury ???
Snacks, pizzas, ice cream, everything is organized so that you don’t try too much. All this is located somewhere on the outskirts, absolutely not in those places where the bulk of tourists accumulate. And having arrived 15 minutes before the end of the meal, most likely, you will not get anything. But on the other hand, having arrived 1 minute in advance, they will die, but they will not give anything. I saw how a mother with a small screaming child ASKED for food !!?
In the bars, the queues in the open sun are huge, the bartenders can not cope, because even the bartender has to pour water. There are machines only with chemical UPI. Imagine the need for a drink in the heat of 35 C with 1000 tourists.
The rooms are not bad, spacious, the air conditioner is directly opposite the children's place, so when you are in the room you will not turn it on, as the child will catch a cold. We took two cards to leave one in the room and turn on the air conditioning while we were gone. We return to the room - the card was taken out by the cleaning lady from the electricity switch - the room is hot. At night you are suffocated by the heat, and at dawn local roosters will wake you up. The bathroom has a partition up to half, so leaving the shower, no matter how careful you are on the floor, a flood is guaranteed. At the beginning of the holiday there was a good cleaning lady, then she changed. (I asked the guest relation to change it - the answer: It seemed to you that everyone cleans the same with us. ) They stopped leaving money, the quality of cleaning did not deteriorate, there was nowhere to go.
The elevator to the beach is cool, air-conditioned, glass, works around the clock. The beach turned out to be better than I suggested from the reviews, there are stones, but there is also sand, but it’s not realistic to walk barefoot on the sand, the sand burns. We rested on the pier, where the floor is made of boards, you can walk. But only 2 stairs from the water, with a step step of 50 centimeters, if not more, consisting of round pipes wrapped in pieces of carpet, the sight is terrifying. And, of course, people constantly "hung" on the stairs, basking in the water. Umbrellas on the beach, on the pier and near the pools are on concrete stands that do not move. The umbrella itself is on a metal pipe that does not bend, so if you want a shade, move the sun lounger, unless, of course, you find a place to move it.
The sea was very warm and clean. Once it was stormy, from the heart they jumped in the waves.

All animation was near the main pool in the open sun, surrounded by hot tiles from the sun. I do not understand people who fry on a hot stove near chlorinated water when the beautiful sea is 10 minutes away. Therefore, I will not give an assessment to adult animation. Children's animation was not found by me or my child.
The water park is not bad for a hotel. The toilet slide is cool. Hill rafting, no. There weren't enough chairs in the water park. The shower was not found, which is extremely important after the bleach. My child had only one roller coaster circle and that one was broken. Therefore, whoever decides on this hotel, take it with you or buy it in the hotel's shop on three roads, where bargaining is not appropriate, since you have no choice. Someone in the reviews complained that the tiles were slippery, neither barefoot nor in flip flops I was not slippery!
