We went to the hotel with a large company - 23 people, an individual transfer, but still the road was tiring, the bus was small and it took 3 hours to get there. I advise the children to take water and something to chew with them, which we did. We arrived at the hotel and gasped, the air is amazing: the pines and other greens heated during the day were fragrant, plus mountain and sea air !! ! It just needs to be experienced! Accommodation as usual, thanks to the girls from the guest relation: Yana, Violeta, Marina. If there were any issues, they solved them instantly. The staff have a reverent attitude towards vacationers. And if it concerns children, then it is very reverent: we had such a situation - the last bus from the beach at 17.45 left full and a little earlier. In general, we didn’t get to him, but here we still have a child (3.5 years old) who fell asleep in his arms. We called the reception, promised to help, but the bus was not there. And near the beach bar there was a senior security manager (it’s a pity that I didn’t know his name) and saw what position we were in. He dialed someone on the phone, as a result, a bus came for us. So this manager accompanied us to the hotel in his car, because, it turns out, vehicles are not allowed into the territory outside the schedule.
There are no problems with food, the variety of dishes is amazing, the tables were cleaned quickly, so you could find a table at any time, although from June 3 there was a very large influx of tourists.
The rooms were cleaned every day and well.

There were no annoying photographers, which was also very pleasing.
The only thing that upset us a little was the beach: when entering the sea, there are large boulders. But all this is compensated by a wonderful hotel, extraordinary air, stunning views!
