I want to leave a review about the hotel, because I myself read the reviews of others and perhaps the information will be useful to someone. We were at the hotel from 7 to 17 September together with my husband. The weather is super-I think you can safely go in the second half of September and early October. The water in the sea is warm, so the air is 35-38 degrees during the day, though there is a lot of humidity. We lived in a villa, in building 14, as for me the place is excellent, between the water park and the main building. No noise was heard from anywhere. Room is good, cleaned every day. The infrastructure is excellent, there is everything you want: a water park, tennis courts, a gym, a hammam, a jacuzzi, etc. They just managed to run. I’ll make a reservation right away that there are a lot of steps, I had to move all the time, but it didn’t scare us, but I think it’s problematic with children, although we saw many couples with babies. The territory is huge, they feed almost around the clock, in addition to breakfasts, lunches and dinners, you can have a bite to eat in different places, they give something everywhere, then ice cream, then tortillas, then pizza, not to mention bars. I didn’t really like alcohol, beer and wine are good, but everything else is disgusting. But it's for my taste. The most delicious cocktail, as for me, majito in the lobby bar. The food was very varied, for all tastes. I can’t say anything about the animation, in the evening we only went out to the dance and the show a couple of times, entertained ourselves, we had no time to be bored. We went 2 times on excursions: rafting and fishing. I liked rafting, but it takes a long time to go, about 3 hours, but fishing is nonsense, I don’t advise it, it doesn’t cost 45 dollars. Speaking of peeling and foam massage in the hotel, don't waste your money!! ! nothing special. It is better to take a photo for the same amount with a local photographer.
