The hotel guide - Ruslan, really a guy with humor, colorfully told everything, did not impose anything, gave his coordinates, but they were not needed))) We took a Combi-jeep tour from him, I really liked it. The tour was thought out to the smallest detail. First, a panoramic view of Alanya, and then climbing into the mountains. Lunch was included in the price of the tour, drinks were paid, but we were warned about this.

ACCOMMODATION AND ROOMS. Upon arrival at the hotel at 11.00 handed over the passports and filled out the questionnaire. We took our swimsuits and went to the water park. For a very long time they were looking for where to take on the appearance of a standard vacationer, i. e. wear a swimsuit. In fact, you can change clothes in the water park on the second floor, there are also lockers with keys to leave things, and changing cabins. Having rolled in the water park at 14.00 we went to check in. First, we were settled for two days in the main building, and then normal rooms in a bungalow were vacated and we moved there. Personally, I liked it better in the main building, but the bungalows are also fine. The difference between a room in the main building and a bungalow room is only territorial. Cleaned, changed linen and towels equally. As I wrote earlier in the comments, they accidentally blocked the safe, after calling the reception for 10 minutes. everything was open))) they didn’t quarrel with anyone....they didn’t give money))) they cleaned wonderfully, the mini-bar was replenished as drinks were consumed. Although we were in the room only to change clothes, take a shower and sleep for a couple of hours)))
NUTRITION. Although I read a lot of reviews before the trip to the hotel, only on the 3rd day of our stay at the hotel we remembered that there are also dishes cooked on the grill)))) There is a lot of food, it is varied and tasty. Special thanks for the Turkish pizza "Pide". Our company was absolutely delighted! I would like to note the work of the waiters. They are just teenagers! Always cleaned, white tablecloths, clean. The waiters will always smile, wish you bon appetit, offer drinks.
The TERRITORY is huge....it's nice to just wander slowly..... enjoy nature and views..... they are really gorgeous here))))
SPA-CENTER. In Alanya, we were caught in heavy rain and a visit to the hammam with procedures was very appropriate. We no longer took a set of procedures, and every day after sunbathing we went to the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi on our own. My sister and I went to the hairdresser - we got a haircut, we liked it))))
ANIMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT. Daytime animation is really not intrusive, no one pulled anyone by the hand. In the evening there was entertainment in the amphitheater, the guys did well. Every day we had fun at the disco, and then sat until the morning in the lobby and talked with new friends. We weren't bored at all.
STAFF AND SERVICE. Even before the trip to the hotel, I corresponded on the website and by personal e-mail with a representative of the hotel. The information was provided very quickly and in full, for which a special thank you)). The staff is friendly. Everyone is smiling, trying to say a few words in your native language, which is very nice. For the last few days, we have seen a picture of just arrived tourists trying to drink "UAI" for everything at once. Then they really fell right in the bar and could not even sit on a chair. Ask why they poured so much? So who dares to stop the broad Slavic soul in flight? The waiters and managers brought them coffee, tried to bring them into an adequate condition. Why the staff respect)))

If you go to a hotel to look for shortcomings in the work of the staff, in the decoration of the rooms or in the quality of the food, you will always find them, no matter which hotel you will be relaxing in. You should not go to the hotel with the intention of swearing right away, just try to talk normally and explain your problem first, I'm sure they will solve it 200%. Just remember that you came to visit (even if you paid money for it), and not the guests came to you and you impose your rules on them.
