"Utopia" was chosen on the advice of Irina, an employee of the Silver Sail travel agency. We liked the hotel even when we were just approaching it! After several deliveries of tourists to other absolutely similar hotels with small territories, we were pleasantly surprised by Utopia: a majestic castle surrounded by an ancient mighty wall and immersed in gorgeous greenery! The service was at a good level: the maids greeted each other smiling in the morning, the staff in the main restaurant was also very friendly, and even the security guards smiled.
When we returned at night from the foamy disco from Alanya (there is also a disco, and not even a bad one, in the hotel), they smiled at us in the restaurant, and we sat down and started eating at night. Nobody said a word! The only time we got the bartender at the Pool Bar (small people with a tummy): for 15 minutes. he ignored requests to make us a Drink.
