The three of us rested with a 1.3 year old child a week ago. We took a ticket from Sanmar, with insurance, a fuel surcharge and an infant, it turned out exactly 25.000 in 7 days. Usually Sanmar, as Coral's "daughter", is always cheaper, but it turned out that Coral had this offer almost 2000 cheaper! It's a shame, however.
I must say right away that we were very pleased with the trip. They did not go overseas, but for beauty and spiritual relaxation. Now is not the season, the sea is very cold, the beach is essentially closed, the water park and all outdoor pools, too, the bars are all closed. Only the central restaurant and lobby bar. True, I must say that we had quite enough of this.
1. HOTEL. A very beautiful hotel. Reminiscent of a Chinese monastery, carved right into the rock. Externally, the architecture is Chinese, not European. A wonderful lobby with a second light up to the 6th floor, luxurious aquariums, beautiful furniture. Wi-Fi is fast enough in the lobby. The rooms are small but comfortable, the furniture is solid, there is a safe, a nice balcony with amazing views (we had a sea view below and a view of Alanya on the right). The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the hotel is buried in pine trees, the location of the hotel on a hill, making the sea look incomparable! Plus, the views of the snowy peaks of the mountains are inexpressible! The design idea unfolded perfectly - the entire territory is decorated in the style of a pine forest from the Middle Ages. The walls are made in the spirit of the Great Wall of China, the materials are all antique, a lot of stone... The sites look very nice right overlooking the sea. It is a pleasure to walk past beautiful villas. . . And those who, with this beauty, stutter from their fatigue from climbs, will swallow their tongues - it is better for lazy people to go to a hotel 100 meters from the water! The hotel is built ON THE HILL and, by definition, involves numerous descents and ascents! So if you have a desire to hang out rotten sausage on a beach lounger - you should not even meddle in this hotel, there will not be enough nerves! )))

2. SERVICE. Excellent, if not intrusive, service. Always friendly staff ready to help with any problem. But often you have to say everything yourself. By the way, at the airport, our guide on the way to the hotel (2.5 hours by bus) gave information for... 5 minutes! For a week we didn’t see him again, and on the eve of departure (at 3:30 in the morning) we just found out information on departure at the reception. This will jar someone, but on the contrary, it’s good for someone, there is no this pestering and imposing excursions... It was neutral for us. The rooms are cleaned well, bedding is changed every other day, cleaning is daily. Tipping does not affect the quality, but we consistently left, having learned the salaries of cleaners... Our restless kid arranged "Chernobyl" every day, but after cleaning everything was perfectly cleaned. The waiters are gallant, although it is better to call them separately, otherwise you can wait a long time. Tipping also does not change much in any way - they are equally caring for everyone. Service at a very good level.
3. FOOD. The food is very decent, despite the off season. The variety is relative, but if quite with appetite and there was always something different. Even our child is 1.3 years old. True, there are no juices at all, we immediately crossed out vending machines with juices "a la Jupi". True, there are freshly squeezed juices (for a fee) and various lemonades, teas, coffee... Alcohol, they say, is normal, I myself saw how Moscow young ladies gorged themselves on vodka. The meat is different, chicken, beef and fish are stable, often pork, lamb, turkey. Lots of fruits, desserts, consistently 2 cakes for lunch and dinner, quite tasty. There are a lot of salads, but I don’t like eggplants and peppers, and therefore I often made myself from the assembly. Therefore, if you read that there is nothing there, you can safely spit in the face of this spoiled grouch! )))
4. ANIMATION. Given the off-season, water aerobics and many species were absent. But in general, in our time, a group of excellent guys appeared, from Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine (and Turkey, of course), who did their job very diligently. At 8:30 a children's disco, at 9 o'clock every day a show, and the guys themselves staged dances, skits, competitions. It was very nice. Even drunken Muscovites rushing to the stage in a rush to dance a striptease (admittedly, successfully! ), Were competently limited. Almost all of them speak Russian (like most of the hotel staff in general).
5. SPA CENTER. Perfect place! There is an indoor heated pool, a snorkel with sea views, a gym with the same view. Finnish sauna, steam room (with wet steam) and hammam. All this is free. But massage and care services are paid, the prices are rather big, but not exorbitant. You can bargain. Hello Alena, Spa manager, nice but strict girl. Everything is spacious and beautiful. large aquariums and nice relaxing music.

6. REST. Actually, it's a bit boring at the moment. Simply disposes for the pleasure of walking around the hotel and enjoying the mountain peaks and the sea! Rest is great. However, there is a game room with 4 billiard tables (2 "American", 1 Russian and 1 carom, 2 ping-pong and tables with different board games), evening shows, a lobby and a trip to Alanya. That, in fact, is all. The water park is closed, the pools are closed, the beach is closed, bars and restaurants are closed. . . In general, this is the best time for those who want to relax in peace and quiet. The hotel was 10% full when we arrived, and 30-40% full when we left, so, thank God, it was pleasantly quiet. Again, an amateur, as they say.
In conclusion, I will say that this hotel has its pros and cons. This is natural for any hotel. There are many more pros and they far outweigh the few cons. For the money this hotel is amazing. The worst moment of the hotel can be called... crazy Moscow tourists, who are clearly determined to snatch maximum pleasure for their money, forgetting about the rest of the hotel tourists. Everything else is quite acceptable and does not bother, but for us this is the main criterion for evaluating the hotel. The child also behaved very well. The food is good. Would like to return to this hotel. And even more so, SUCH beauty is worth it to come at least once and see with your own eyes.
