Until much time has passed since the trip, I will write my reviews about the Utopia World Hotel 5 *. I will give marks on a 5-point scale and explain why such an assessment.
Territory 5+ - really real and the most significant trump card of the hotel. It’s just that there is no such place anymore, the beauty is incredible, the smell is a separate story, everything is well-groomed, neat, pines, flowers are something. View of the entire coast..........mmmmmm a fairy tale. It is better to see once than to read reviews and think.
The food is lame 4 - did not like very much that everything was fries. Deep-fried vegetables, meat and fish are fried to such an extent that it is difficult to eat, the choice is somehow not great at all, sometimes there was even nothing to eat, a large selection of cheeses, sometimes there was not even enough greens : (((((((Breakfast is very weak , although it is not a fountain in other hotels. Sweet - not very, Turkish sweets - the most delicious thing that was. Bread soaked in syrup and fried? that it didn’t understand the cooks’ move at all - and this is a dessert?????? Little fruit , some baby bananas, kiwi, oranges. Although strawberries are already the norm for Turkey, but they never gave them. In the bars there was nothing but booze, usually there were always nuts (in other hotels), there was no such thing here. the main restaurant was not available at a clear time. And this is an ultra hotel???????????? And I also forgot to warn vacationers if you have problems with the intestines or stomach, it will be difficult to eat something ( except for cheeses and vegetables) everything is very overcooked and too much with spices. There is no children's menu!!!!!!!!!! There is practically nothing to feed the children.
Service 4 - I didn’t like that I had to run after the appliances in the restaurant and beg for them from the waiters, you could stand at the bar for 10 minutes while the Turks, in the complete absence of visitors, pretended that they stubbornly did not see you, transparent, probably.
Service and housekeeping 3 - I have never seen anything like this in any hotel, that when I go to the toilet, they blocked the road for me with a CLEAN TIME yell and pointed to the door, poking domestos in the face. And this happened 3 times in a week of rest. The drain in the room did not work, the plumber was called 2 times during the week of rest. The hotel obviously saved on plumbing. The TV didn’t work either, they didn’t give duvet covers when checking in, saying that at night you can turn on the air conditioner and sleep just like that without hiding. They barely asked for a duvet cover for 1 bed, they carried it to the second for 3 days. SHOCK!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible audibility in the rooms of the villa, you can even hear the conversations of neighbors, the first 2 nights woke up from constant knocks and grunts coming at one in the morning neighbors. They are building a house downstairs and the builders start their work at 7 in the morning, that is, something rumbles all the time, you won’t listen to the birds singing here - that’s for sure.
