We read reviews about Utopia for a long time and were very worried about being able to walk all the slopes and stairs, how our children would get from the airport to the hotel, we wanted peace and quiet. Now I write on the most important points
1. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Everything was clear and coordinated here, even we, green tourists with two children, quickly and clearly found everything. Polite employees assigned us to the bus and off we went. We drove for a long time and it was very boring. We stopped at 5-6 hotels, circled and drove and drove. We were the only ones in Utopia, and therefore we happily perceived each new batch of those leaving - we are closer to the dream))) After 3 hours and a tail (the tail was about 10 minutes) we arrived at the hotel. And yes, it is our most beautiful and greenest, majestic and so desirable
2. Settlement. After reading the reviews, I planned for myself villas 26.27. We were met by a very nice girl from the guest relation - Maria, nice chilled towels, smiling and attentiveness did not leave us indifferent. We did not receive a lot of information about the hotel from Maria (it's a pity, because how to find out where and what, where to go, what to see for an inexperienced tourist and just a new hotel guest? ). We were asked to go for lunch and then check in. After lunch (which we went to in vain, because we didn’t get much, everything was already cleaned and we left hungry) we came to the reception and put 20 dollars in our passports for a good villa. They gave us 37, I was upset and tried to beg for 27)) Stupid, because they really gave us an excellent villa. I succumbed to persuasion and we went to check into villa 37, room 3705 (this is the second floor).
I must say right away that the villa is very conveniently located: close to the main building and you don’t hear the noise of discos, not far from the water park and you don’t hear screams, in the pines and among the flowers. What was not there was a sea view, but that was the least of my worries. The room has a double bed (terrible, consisting of two mattresses that kept moving apart) with clean mattresses and mattress toppers, a bunk bed and a playpen, a table under a mirror, a coffee table, a mini-bar, a bathroom, a wardrobe with a small safe, a cabinet for shoes and bags
3. Nutrition. We chose this hotel not only because of the territory, we were very worried about the food. Considering the age of our children, we were pleased with the diet food and food of the children's buffet in the application. So, there is no children's buffet in the normal sense. Well, I can't feed my kids fries and fried sausages, peppered cutlets and pizza. In the diet menu there were convenient options, such as boiled vegetables, boiled fish. Children's table only from 18.30 to 19.30, diet meals for lunch, and not always numerous. In the morning it is convenient to take delicious pancakes and scrambled eggs, yogurts. Yoghurts are beyond praise. At lunch, you may be lucky with the choice of soup, if it is not oversalted and peppered, then you can give it to children. There is always milk, delicious bread. Juices from packages, but I liked it.
For adults, the choice is huge. The only thing is that many dishes are incomprehensible, the ingredients are unknown and there are unpleasant surprises in the form of incomprehensible tastes and hitherto unknown combinations. Great selection of salads, desserts, magic chicken in mustard sauce, potato croquettes, sliced turkey. Many people like ayran, it's a matter of taste. A large selection of sauces, jams, very aesthetically pleasing table decoration, quickly replenish the assortment
4. Maintenance of the mini-bar and cleaning of the room. Service in Utopia is a difficult issue. After talking with other guests of the hotel, I concluded that this is a sore subject. Somehow they didn’t clean us for 2 days, they cleaned it for 3, as soon as I complained to the guides and the guest relay, they immediately removed it. And this despite the fact that the dollar was left. Then they began to agree separately with the maid about cleaning before lunch, because then we have a sleepy hour) And with cleaning we became excellent.
What can not be said about the replenishment of the mini-bar. This is where things go wrong. And only after repeated reminders they brought us water and cola, fanta, and the children forgot the juices, or forgot everything except water and fanta. In the end, I taught them to replenish the bar for us, they did it diligently... , with water)))

We didn’t have a chance to get on adults for several reasons: small children and the fact that all the circles and rafts were taken apart in the blink of an eye and only passed on to their own))) People went and begged each other (in one of the last reviews I read about this too ). And yet, after swimming in the pool, my daughter had problems with her intestines, and on the plane I talked with my family with children, their child had a high temperature, vomiting. They also actively swam in the pool the day before.
6. Beach and road to it. I expected to see a unkempt beach, akin to the Crimean one) I didn’t see it, which is very pleasing. Pleasant sand, a little small-small pebbles in places on the shore, if after a storm and waves, then there are stones near the water. And if the sea is calm, then a great entrance. The water is purest. If you stand facing the sea, then there are large stones on the left, but in the middle - beauty. The beach is cozy, clean, picturesque and well equipped: a bar, clean toilets, showers, a pavilion-stop, a lot of umbrellas and sun loungers. Huge stones were removed from the beach in boxes and carried away, I saw it with my own eyes. Quickly and often collect glasses from drinks
7. Animation and playgrounds. I won’t say anything about animation, it all passed us by. There are several playgrounds. I saw exactly 2))) One in the sun and it’s really possible to walk there only in the afternoon. It is located next to the mini club. The second is in the shade and cool all day. It is near the water park, there are also hammocks nearby
8. What confused me was the direct feeling of expecting a tip everywhere, at every step from almost any of the workers. The advertisers of shops and boutiques, who will take you to the most expensive store and take their interest for it, are also very disturbing. Be careful. Although we bought the leather in the store and we liked the quality, you just need to bargain very carefully and with inspiration.
9. Return transfer and more. To begin with, we were already picked up at 5.35 from the hotel, and the flight was at 10.30 and at that time I needed to feed the children with something. I, mindful of the deluxe status of the hotel, went to ask for a lunch package the night before. And they could not promise me it, only at 4.30 they wrote it down for breakfast. I came to breakfast myself to take food for the children with me and was upset. These were the long-lasting dinner. Sausage, cheese, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes, bread. Of all this, only my children eat bread (((I went to the restaurant workers and they kindly gave me 2 soft-boiled eggs, 2 bananas))) And I am grateful to them, they helped me out a lot. We drove back with adventures, but already in anticipation of returning home.
Conclusions: I was not afraid of the stairs (I took it for a junior ergo), I was just pleased with the magical territory, incredible views of Alanya and the sea, nice people at the guest relay and at the reception, a neat and so friendly maid left me with hope of returning with matured children. The hotel is wonderful, I just want to wish it not to give up positions, but to raise the bar and always create the feeling for every tourist that you are a long-awaited guest
