I don’t like to write reviews, I do it extremely rarely, when it definitely hurts, now, perhaps, that is the case. I deliberately sat down at the pen with a delay of almost four months, having decided that I needed to cool down a little so as not to offend anyone in the heat of the moment, now my emotions have subsided and I think it’s possible.
And so, for starters, to make it clear why I gave such low marks. The first is to pay attention to those who, like us, having seen enough beautiful pictures, fell for them and decided to relax in Utopia, the second is to deliberately reduce, in my opinion, the highest rating of this institution. I warn you right away that I will not enter into polemics with anyone, under any circumstances, even if you, dear fans of Utopia, and you are undoubtedly the majority, are going to arrive with banners in defense of your beloved hotel, to our distant Siberia. So don't bother writing comments, don't waste your precious time and nerves. It's my personal,
purely personal opinion about this hotel.

To my great regret, the first part of the vacation from May 1 to May 15, we - me, my wife and daughter (1 year old) spent in Belek at the Limak Arcadia Hotel. Why "unfortunately" yes, because the second part of the vacation from May 15 to May 30 was overshadowed by a stay in Utopia. Yes, yes, you are absolutely right friends, there was something to compare with. Perhaps if we had planned our vacation differently, rearranging the regions, maybe everything would be fine, although, to be honest, probably not. We are in Turkey for the ninth time and yet we are already accustomed to Turkish, in the good sense of the word, hospitality, a wonderful attitude towards children, and excellent service. In Utopia, things were far from the same.
About the staff. I think everyone will agree with the simple idea that we are still guests, although many of our compatriots behave quite the opposite, and they, the Turkish hosts, and what mood the hosts will create,
guests will have such a mood throughout their stay in this wonderful country called Turkey. And a good mood on vacation is the most important thing, neither the bright sun, nor the warm sea, nor even “terribly beautiful views” and “variety of food” can replace it. The first thing that caught my eye when we arrived in Utopia by taxi was the guard at the gate with a disgruntled mustache on his face, who rudely demanded to show the voucher. He didn’t even think about greeting, they didn’t teach him to smile either, when he worked hard in the zone - we decided. At the reception, pretty girls, smiling sweetly, we must pay tribute, quickly checked us in and gave us the keys to the villa, which was located....on the lowest tier. It seemed to us, to put it mildly, not very convenient to climb from there to the main building, with a stroller, several times a day. At the same time, I stood near the counter and eloquently held the child in my arms. Understandably,
that we didn’t go there and after my brief indignation they gave us a villa on the second tier, from the main building. The mood from the meeting was spoiled. Further - more, a crib was brought to the room broken and “marked”, by some impudent cat. I had to explain in sign language, gloomy aunts in green shirts with a walkie-talkie, what smell is in the room. An hour later we found another bed, cheers, the conflict is settled, we laughed, joked, raising our spirits, we go to dinner. Here, in the main restaurant of Utopia, for the first time we saw how the waiters served not the guests, but their immediate superiors - the "watchers". The latter, despite the fact that the bulk of the holidaymakers had not yet had lunch, proudly sat at "their" tables, slowly eating a varied assortment of dishes. The poor waiters ran like crazy, they had to constantly give way. Say, little things... I agree,

but from such trifles the general impression and mood is created. Just once in two weeks, we were offered a high chair and the same number of times we were asked what we would drink. Animation. I can only judge by the nursery, since we didn’t go to the adult in the evening, preferring walks to her, and what the animators demonstrated during the day near the pool didn’t impress me personally. Although, the guys seem to be good. So, about the nursery. I personally saw how the kids who did not get prizes left with tears in their eyes and heard that they would never go to this show again. The Russian-speaking aunt, who was in charge of all this action, obviously remained somewhere deep in the USSR and “built” the children and their parents, with the manner and tone inherent in that time. It's fun, of course, but... sad. I would not say anything bad about the cleaning in the room, if not for one unpleasant incident. Once we left for the day, leaving, as usual, a couple of dollars on the pillow, returning,
discovered their absence and... an uncleaned room. A trifle - but unpleasant. Aunt is an ice cream maker, boorish. A couple of times they took ice cream from her and both times she served it with such hostility that it seemed to us that it was my daughter and I who were to blame for the protracted conflict between the Turks and the Kurds. In general, what distinguishes the staff of this hotel is the coldness, the coldness and the coldness again. This is obviously not paid attention to here, and I know why, but more on that below.
About vacationers. It seemed to us that 90 percent were our compatriots, the rest were all the rest  , but they were almost invisible, because ours were too clearly visible. Of all of ours, 70 percent, this is the contingent, which in fact will be discussed. For the first time, in one place, I saw so many people with figures of hippos. I witnessed how they looked into the gym with the words, "what kind of x... trainers and finally... ".
an obligatory element of the attire of the weaker half of the contingent was a translucent floor-length skirt and go-go shoes. In the evening, a cook stood in front of the entrance to the restaurant and poured vodka to the contingent lined up in line. I also saw this nonsense for the first time. Well, do you understand who is good here? After all, they go and go here for the fifth time.
About the territory. Yes, of course, a very beautiful area, a lot of flowers and trees, great pools! Below is the beauty of Alanya, the sea is a fairy tale! BUT!! ! There are no grassy areas to just lie on. There are no quiet places where one could walk with a stroller when the child is sleeping, because, from above, the music is hammering from the main pool, from the bottom of the water park. On the roads now and then hotel cars scurry about, as well as vip - person . The beach, I think, is a complete misunderstanding and a miscalculation of the designers.

About the hotel guide from Coral named Perviz - a rare boor who does not want to hear about your problems, I will not go into details, for a long time,
and no need.
If you had enough time to read my review to the end, then I didn’t waste my time in vain, and perhaps helped you understand a lot about Utopia. Type this word into a search engine. Utopia is literally “a place that does not exist”. No wonder, probably, the columns of the buildings of this hotel are made of foam, as everything is unsteady and not really.
Sincerely, Valery.
