Upon check-in, they brought fruit, wine and a postcard thanking you for choosing a hotel, slippers, bathrobes (one had a hefty tuft of someone else's hair woven around the waist). People complained about the check-in, some were settled at about 12 at night, despite the fact that they arrived at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, others were settled for a day in another hotel, because there were no places, while the replacement hotel was not very good. We were lucky with this, we arrived at about 4 pm, put 20 bucks in the passport (it was possible without them, because they first wrote the room number, and then opened the passport), we were immediately settled in villa 23, we were satisfied. At first, we ran after him for three days to pick up the return tickets given at the information meeting, in the evening before leaving the hotel we approached him 4 times to clarify the departure time, in the end he ran away from us, we were not on the list at the stand, we had to decide through the reception the question is, they first called the guide - he did not pick up the phone, then they called somewhere else.
