In general, their service is very good, by the way, those who do not know English can not worry, we spoke Russian all week and understood us perfectly. As for the hotel, I can say that everything is like in the video on YouTube and in the pictures. Really nice and clean, and most importantly very green (a lot of flowers). Meals at the hotel for slaughter, if cheese is 10 kinds, if cakes are 20 types, fruits (watermelon, strawberries, melons, etc. ) are all sweet and ripe, diet food, baby food, fish, chicken and meat for every taste , eat as much as you want. From drinks: beer, wine, cocktails, whiskey, juices, water, etc. , except for fresh juices, tequila and branded products for free and as much as you want, they pour almost everywhere and until late. The animation is not bad, morning dances near the main pool, entertain in the middle of the day (if you want, water aerobics, if you want volleyball, etc. ), there is a children's miniclub, we don't have children yet, but we saw how children are entertained all day (by the way, they speak different languages ​ ​ with children, so in a week they already understand each other quite well) Evening animation is also not bad, they are trying to come up with something new. every evening we went to the Turkish night, then to competitions. In general, we liked it. On May 8.2013 there was a concert of the singer Bianca at the hotel. I liked it very much, they decorated everything, there was a buffet and drinks, they rejected the presenter from Russian MTV. (By the way, Bianka also rested at the hotel, we saw her several times) At the end of the concert, there was fireworks. My husband and I understood that they are going to invite stars this year 2 times a month, by the way, on May 19 they have a concert by Irina Dubtsova. As newlyweds, we were supposed to: 1 breakfast in the room and one dinner without reservation at the A La Carte restaurant. And we got it all. A La Carte restaurant we chose Turkish, very tasty, but I warn you that their portions are not small, so don't order too much. (table reservation 8 c. u. , food is free, drinks are the same as in the hotel for free, their wines and champagnes for money from about 20 c. u. ) I also want to draw your attention to the large number of steps in the hotel, with one on the other hand, it was hard, but on the other hand, after such nutrition, the load was simply necessary. The water park is not bad, there is a rafting track (of course, not a mountain river, but you don’t need to worry about the children), during the day everything is in the shade, so there is where to hide for the burnt. We were at the sea only once (because we are from Odessa, we have enough of our own sea) the sea is clean, the temperature is already comfortable, you can swim. You can swim both from the pier and from the beach. the bus delivers to the beach every 10-15 minutes, from the bus by elevator and you are on your own beach with a bar (where you can also have lunch) by the way, there are a lot of snacks between meals and in different places. I advise you to try Gozleme cakes and goat milk ice cream, it is very tasty. We recommend this hotel to everyone.
