I think most of the people who go to this hotel are bought by the most beautiful pictures that the Internet is full of... And having chosen this hotel, they will remain SATISFIED! You will rarely find places whose photographs do not convey all their charm and beauty. The Utopia World 5 * hotel belongs to such places. Here, wherever you poke - fabulous landscapes are everywhere. This place is a godsend for any amateur photographer and I think the pros will find a lot of interesting things for themselves.
And so in order.
The road from the airport took about 3 hours. We had an early flight, so at 10:00 we were already at the hotels. Leaving our suitcases at the reception, we were sent to have breakfast. We were in the room at 11:00. We got villa 17 with room 07. This is an average option (not very close to the restaurant but not very far). They didn’t pay anything extra and were satisfied with the choice until the end of the breakout on vacation. It took me 5-7 minutes to climb the stairs from the room to the main restaurant, to the lagoon bar somewhere as well.

The room is spacious, with a balcony, clean, no odors. The room has two beds brought together (not very convenient), TV, air conditioning, sofa, refrigerator (mini-bar replenished every day for FREE), table, mirror, etc. , everything is standard in the bathroom. What annoys in the room... HORRIBLE soundproofing. More precisely, it simply does not exist. You can hear almost everything that is going on behind the wall: how someone yawns, coughs, turns on the TV. This is a 5* deluxe hotel! I don't understand why no one has written about this before. And of course, everyone has already heard about hens with roosters. They have not been sleeping since 4 am. Well, in the first place, you are also with them. Somewhere on the fourth or fifth day, I got used to them and they did not disturb my sleep. The girls from the guest relation explained that the little chickens should be kept so that they clean the territory from insects, but this inconvenience will be reported to the hotel management. A trifle - but nice. By the way, the guest-relation staff is very, very friendly and responds to all requests instantly. Thank you very much.
Service. Here I think opinions will differ with many vacationers. I think I'll be somewhere in the middle. From 10 points, in my opinion, they deserve 6-7 points. I'll explain why. There are many vacationers in hotels (70% - from CIS countries, 20% - Germans, 10% - the rest) and there is clearly not enough staff. Who hopes that he will receive individual service - forget about it. And the point is not in smiles and personal relationships and not in the dollar - no, the point is that they simply will not have time for you. I have no complaints about the staff - and the rooms are cleaned well and the cocktails are made normal, but at rush hour in any bar or restaurant they are simply not enough. Every now and then you have to wait 5-10 minutes for cutlery, cups, etc. The same applies to bar service. At noon - huge queues at the bar on the beach, late in the evening - at the Laguna bar, closer to midnight - at the lobby bar. Sometimes you have to stand for 10-15 minutes. Yes, if you get a lot of drinks (cocktails, whiskey, juice, tonic, cola), there will be a kind waiter who will help you convey this, but this is not normal in the category of hotels with the De Luxe service. He is simply not there.
Food. From morning to evening you will definitely not stay hungry. Everyone will find what he likes. It is pointless to list everything, I will only add that the dinners are magnificent. With our arrival, they opened the season, so every evening they prepared different grilled delicacies on the street (lamb, turkey, fish, chicken, barbecue, kebab). There are no problems with fruits either - a bunch of apples, pears, oranges, watermelons, melons, grapefruits, strawberries. Sweets - heaps. In general, my girlfriend and I were satisfied with the kitchen.
Beach. And so, the road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes. The bus carries every 10 minutes. We always went to the sea on foot, and back by bus. When we rested, the air temperature ranged from 30 to 34 degrees, the water in the sea - 19-21. This is how the imbalance turned out (it pleased me). We were at sea every day, even on the day of departure, when the sea was stormy. At first it seems that the beach is small. But this is a false impression. There is always enough space. There are several separate sections: near the elevator, directly near the sea, near the breakwater and on the pier. By the way, the pier is the coolest. A pleasant breeze always blows here and the heat is easier to bear. The depth in the sea appears almost immediately. 5-10 meters from the shore is already above the head.

Territory. This is the highlight of Utopia. The territory is huge, green, well-groomed, clean. Beautiful scenery from everywhere. Very, very beautiful. It is appropriate to say here - it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times.
SPA. Since the SPA center is rented, this is where you can get the service. Everyone is smiling, very friendly, always asking how you are doing. We took a service for ourselves (they offer it to everyone), which included a full body scrub, hammam, massage, mask. It costs 50 dollars. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. I recommend to everyone to cleanse the skin before tanning. Also took a medical massage. The owner is a good man - you can and should bargain with him. The salon has a free sauna, a Roman steam room, an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi. In the evening it is always full of people. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly.
Animation. This year the animators have changed. I don’t know how last year’s group was, but this one in the evenings did not let me get bored so accurately. Most of the guys, of course, are still only amateurs, there are a few semi-pros and two guys are definitely professionals - Valentin and Tarkan. I will describe in more detail and post photographic material in my next review of entertainment in Utopia.
Inciting all the impressions of the rest, I can say with confidence that I am satisfied with the vacation. I described all the weaknesses. They didn't bother me much. I can recommend the hotel to young people who are not afraid of stairs and who want to enjoy the scenery during the day and have fun in the evening.
