We visited this hotel in May this year. Like everyone else, I was tormented by doubts when choosing, since at that time there were not so many real reviews, and even those were mostly left by Europeans....But in the end the choice was made, we flew there to celebrate the birthday of our beloved, and I think that everything planned was successful.
And so in order:
- Settlement. We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of 11 am, English-speaking staff met us at the reception, offered to fill in the forms again in English, asked to wait until the room was prepared in the lobby. A representative of Pegasus at the hotel immediately approached and offered to help in filling out and communicating with the staff at the reception, but since we had already written everything and were just waiting, he went to help our compatriots who were already drinking beer on the sofas in the hall (despite the fact that we got there at the same time , as it turned out later, they were not primarily interested in checking in, and the first question when they arrived at the hotel was: Where is the bar? ))))) After waiting about five minutes, we went to our room... on the way, the bell boy assured that the room was good, We like the view too. Once in our room 2419, we really were not upset....everything was like in advertising promos, the view was exactly the one that we had planned for ourselves (and without various tips at the reception). The guy who escorted us to the room normally told us everything in a friendly manner, showed where the elevators, restaurants, about the system of cards for towels, etc. In short, the first impression was quite satisfied!

- Atmosphere. As already mentioned everywhere here, the design of the hotel is really on the level! The room is concise and pleasant in every way! Two beds, a sofa overlooking the sea, climate, TV . . in general, everything is very good, and no frills and redneck))) Bathroom, bedding, towels, flooring in the room . . everything is so new that it caused only delight! Many complain about the thin walls in the rooms....personally, I, like my soul mate, have never experienced discomfort from any extraneous noise! The noise from the street disappeared simultaneously with the closing of the balcony block. Maybe we were not so noisy because the room was located in a separate type of corridor, where the entrances to our and the neighboring room were located, in the first days no one lived next door to us! It makes no sense to write about the design of the lobby, hall and floors, because it is simply impossible to scold him !!! ! (everything can be seen in the photo). I was very pleased with the design of the spa center... especially massage....
- Nutrition. You can always eat at the hotel! communicated with people so even at night they found somewhere to have dinner)) On the very first visit to the restaurant, they were very afraid of criticized queues... which met only a couple of times during the entire vacation (distribution of meat, turkey). There was no such thing as where to sit down, of course, the rooms in the shade and closer to the food counters were dealt with in the first place . . but it’s always real to sit down! In terms of food, the choice is great, but the same dishes are repeated and often interpreted under different names without changing their essence... Personally, as a lover of food, I always found something interesting and a little bit to sample. )) The first ones can be attributed to the real minus dishes! soups there are naughty !! ! And from what I didn’t like - grilled fish... stupidly without taste !! ! On one of the days, a couple of racks were completely served with sushi. Speaking of serving - it is also quite seasoned and pleasant! nothing is lying around, not spilled, empty containers were immediately replaced with full ones! The tables were cleaned immediately after the release, as a result, I never had a chance to sit at a dirty, uncleaned table! Also, non-lovers will be absent from water procedures, a snack bar near the pool with slides is very convenient, besides, there is also an alcohol "cash desk"))))
- Pools. Those that are the main ones and near them are really very crowded, sunbeds occupy everything there from early morning, but again there was always enough space! In the afternoon, we were daily at the main pool with forays to swim in the sea, in the afternoon - only slides! )) By the way, not even bad slides, it's fun to drive - that's it! And a bar is nearby)))) also a cool but not very comfortable bar in the pool near the main building))
- Beach. Deservedly, many call it the saddest place in the hotel)) We swam in the sea every day, never saw more than ten people in the water at the same time... people stupidly lie by the pools or hang out in bars... sunbeds on the beach are stacked, no one uses them. . . the entrance to the sea is really a bit inconvenient, lying in wait for your feet with sharp stones! ! But if you want....in short, places were successfully found next to the pier absolutely suitable for swimming))))

- Service. No complaints. The room was cleaned daily. The bar was replenished with both water and sweet waters, although I read on the Internet that only mineral water is replenished... For the birthday of the Beloved - wine, fruits in the room, swans on the beds, hearts on the floor (photo attached))) In short, the best service is invisible service , this is exactly how it is . . never once, none of the service personnel strained us with their presence! The waiters and employees at the bars quite well understood what was in Russian, what was in English !! ! In the spa, the girls generally ended up from Bishkek (in my opinion), so they immediately found a common language with them, and on the second day of their stay they successfully visited it, having experienced all the joys of foam massage, massage with oils and all kinds of masks, etc. )))) price tag for two hours of pleasure 50 usd.
- Alcohol. I’ll write off right away that they didn’t go there for this)) but they were still noticed))) From the tasted - C grade cocktails, good mojito !!! , tequila, beer, cognac, Baileys, whiskey - it’s quite usable! So let's not blame alcohol.
- Animation. I won’t write it off right away, but honestly I don’t like stubborn annoying animators, because for me it was more of a plus than a minus! We played darts, water pollo, our favorite was bocha on the beach, as well as morning exercises and various games in the main pool. It seemed somehow not thought out that as soon as they raised and cheered the people - they dumped it either for lunch or somewhere else . . in short, the current it all started....and all the end)) In the evening, they didn’t get into the amphitheater, but when they were everything was interesting, the sound is normal, the animation team tried hard! I would like to dwell separately on the moment in the amphitheater - they came to the evening performance that I was in white, the seats were covered with moisture and this does not sparkle with cleanliness . . we stand, we drink mojito, a guy from the animation group runs up and asks why they say you don’t sit down... - we answer yes dirty... we will stand... he immediately ran away... a minute later he appears with a towel and wipes two places dry for us! handsome in short))) I also liked that they organized the viewing of the Champions League final in the conference hall, since the Germans were divided into two camps in the morning that day - Munich and Dortmund - it was very interesting to watch the fiasco of Borussia in such an atmosphere!
- Outcome. I liked the hotel, first of all, with an interesting, not hackneyed design, originality of the rooms, novelty and cleanliness! I didn’t like it - the beach and the complete lack of free wi-fi! I think they will make the Internet free with time, otherwise it’s not at all culturally obtained . . we even have free wi-fi in trlleybuses)))) And somehow it became incomprehensible share us on the last day of rest the transfer of all frying capacities (grills, etc. ) from the place of the main restaurant to the path to the main pool . . why they did this is not clear . . but it was not very pleasant to break through people darting with plates and the smells of dishes being prepared!

Would you recommend the hotel to friends? - definitely yes! since there are no nerds among friends who will look for minuses in everything and moan either not like this or not like that, but you only need to go there to relax, which we did quite well, as for me, it turned out !! ! (especially the price tag in May was generally sweet - 1300 American rubles for two)
