When going to Wasa, be prepared for overbooking. I understand that this is common practice. You arrive satisfied at the hotel, they put on a bracelet for you, and suddenly it turns out that there are no rooms, you will have to spend several days (perhaps the whole vacation) in another hotel. What we have not seen enough: both scandals and tears, there was everything, the rest begins with a negative. And most importantly, you are a hostage of the situation, you have nowhere to go in a foreign country. Unfortunately, the guide from Fit holiday cannot solve anything (the guide is a completely different story). We also experienced overbooking. We were supposed to rest in Muz, but we were moved to Wasa.
As for the hotel itself, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in the city center, you can always go shopping or just see the city. The territory itself is not large, there is a swimming pool, in principle it is cozy. It takes 7-10 minutes to the beach, we were not bothered at all. On beach number 2, there is a slippery slab in the sea, you need to enter very carefully, but we were told that there is a good entry on beach 0, so the problem was solved.
We had a two-room suite, although there were problems with cleaning, for our 11 nights, they were fully cleaned 2 times, and then only after we contacted the reception several times.

The food for the troika is quite good, no one was left hungry.
The bar is open until 22.00, beer, gin, wine, brandy and vodka are free of alcohol. From non-alcoholic: cola fanta, sprite, juices, tea, coffee. Water available around the clock.
The staff is good, everyone smiles, the owner every day at the hotel, greets everyone, loves children very much, sometimes organizes entertainment for them, as there is no animation, and there is absolutely nothing for children to do (for vacationers with children this is a significant minus).
We liked the rest, the hotel is good, except for the problems with the check-in, probably the next time I would just be afraid to go here, or you have to be ready for overbooking.
