Location

The hotel is located five kilometers from the village of Konakli (from Antalya airport 110 km, to Alanya 10-15 km). Therefore, upon delivery from the airport, they are dropped off almost last (the trip took about 3 hours), and they are taken to the airport upon departure first (we were picked up 5.5 hours before the plane took off).
The hotel is located, one might say, on the outskirts, next to 3 more hotels: Mirabell 4 *, Blue Fish 4 * and Dogonay 5 *, a couple of shops and a travel agency.
To the center of Konakli, a minibus ride costs $ 1, to Alanya - $ 2 (they ride every 10 minutes).

Territory

The hotel area is very small: one swimming pool (+ a small one for children), a place for sun loungers, which are removed in the evening and tables for spectators of the evening program are put in their place, a small playground with two swings, a slide and a cage with rabbits, and a path to the tunnel on beach. There are 2 water slides, which turn on alternately for 2 hours before lunch and 2 hours after, and even then if you ask about it at the reception. Saving...
The hotel has a small stall with every little thing: ice cream, cigarettes, drinks, etc. , a computer with Internet access.
There is a sauna, a bathhouse on the lower floor, but we did not use them - everything is paid. There is also a small gym and an indoor pool, but for some reason it was without water...

Number

The rooms are good, clean, the furniture is not old. Upon arrival, they gave $ 20 at the reception and they settled us in the "family" instead of the "standard". There is also one room in the family, but it is noticeably larger than in the standard room, with an extra fold-out bed for a child, the windows overlook the pool (and not neighboring hotels), overlooking the sea.
All rooms have windows on the entire wall, with a door to the balcony, very light. There is air conditioning that only works if the door to the balcony is closed (at first we thought it was broken...
), a TV with 4 Russian channels, a paid mini-bar (refrigerator), which a person comes to check every 5 days (if something is missing, they report it, include it in the bill for payment upon departure), a paid safe ($ 2 per day), hair dryer. Everything worked...
The hotel has 6 floors and one elevator, which is constantly busy ...We lived on the 2nd floor, so we walked up the stairs. A very large hall downstairs, at the reception, with sofas and a TV. Beautiful...

Service

Cleaned in the room every day, and at different times. Once every 3 days we left $ 1 in the room for the cleaner, she cleaned well and at a convenient time for us (while we are on the beach), although other vacationers complained that the cleaners unceremoniously enter the room, even if you are inside, and despite your requests , pretending that they do not understand, they begin to clean up : -)

The service in the restaurant is good, the waiters quickly remove dirty dishes from the tables, at lunch and dinner they bring alcoholic drinks upon request (a bar on the street, near the pool). A couple of times they gave a tip to the waiter, began to bring drinks even without a reminder ...The restaurant manager went around all the tables every evening and wished you a pleasant appetite in all languages. Nicely...
Sport

The gym is small, a few exercise machines, a treadmill and that's it. Downstairs there is table tennis and billiards (to my paid).
There are no playgrounds for team sports, as already mentioned, the territory is very small. On the beach, they offer to fly on a parachute, ride a banana, a scooter, etc. As usual...

Nutrition

The food is good, only constantly fried chicken, steamed, boiled, stewed, shawarma, barbecue - all from chicken. Once every 3 days they give fish, pretty tasty. There are also stews with vegetables and meat or liver. All dishes are quite spicy with Turkish spices.
Vegetables are mainly cucumbers and tomatoes. Large selection of side dishes, salads. Pretty good, you can eat, somehow we went to the three-ruble note, so they constantly gave these soy cutlets and the chicken was for happiness ...
From fruits: watermelon, melon - constantly, sometimes grapes and plums. Large selection of desserts: sweets, several types of cakes, custards - just like in childhood...: -)

Sea beach

Sea - through the tunnel. The hotel's beach is made interesting - in 3 levels: the upper level - a bar, tables, sunbeds; medium - sunbeds on the sand, shower; the lower one is the beach itself. The entrance to the sea is good: sand, small stones. The children went on their own, at first not very deep. The neighboring hotels have a terrible entrance to the sea: a slippery stone slab, they went to swim with us, even from the 5th...
The lower level is rather narrow, only one row of sunbeds can fit, and if there are strong waves on the sea, it disappears completely ...Sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas, there are not so many of them, so you need to borrow early in the morning.
In extreme cases, you can go further along the beach to the rock, there is an abandoned beach from some hotel, also with sunbeds and umbrellas ...

One inconvenience: you have to go down a rather steep iron staircase to the lower level, which is not very pleasant to do, especially with small children. Dangerously...

Animation

Of the animators that everyone admired in previous reviews, only Jenk was caught, and he left a week later. We did not notice anything fantastic in his work, they began to hold a mini-disco only after we asked about it. Other animators appeared, led by Charlie. Standard set of rooms for the week: bingo, Turkish night (dancers are coming), the choice of "Mr. Hotel", the choice of "Miss Hotel", the choice of "Hotel Couple", a fire show, lying on broken glass (Charlie himself does, as well as Jenk before that, it seems that now all animators are taught this in Turkey ... ). The circle is closed...
The animators themselves take them to discos in Alanya or Konakli ($10).
There are a lot of Germans and "Russian" Germans in the hotel, who themselves emigrated from Russia in the 90s, or their parents, who are fluent in both German and Russian. The Germans prefer to drink after dinner at the pool bar until late, and before the evening shows, by and large, they don't care. Maybe that's why they were quite quiet and boring, not like in the neighboring 4-ke Mirabell, that's where the fun was! Ours even sometimes just stood and looked with envy at their programs through the fence. I don’t know what it depends on: on the level of animators or on the vacationers themselves (there were mostly Russians there : -))
The animators also try to please the Germans: even during the day, "Turkish language lessons" were held only in German...And not that I really wanted to...
