Not many hotels in Alanya offer all inclusive in November, and at a reasonable price. The choice was made based on reviews on Booking, location and comparison with other hotels for this time of year. In general, our entire team of four people was satisfied with the hotel, especially teenagers who first encountered all inclusive.
The hotel is aimed at European tourists, mostly elderly, mostly Germans. Therefore, the staff does not understand Russian, let alone Ukrainian, you have to communicate in English. The staff here is polite and courteous, especially in the bar and dining room.
The food is quite high quality, without frills, but everyone can find something pleasant to their taste. As for alcohol, I can only say that the white dry wine is quite high quality, but not diluted. Beer is also pleasant.

Wi-fi is quite high quality, pulls video, works even on the beach, which is 100 meters from the beach. I won't say much about the beach, we were there at the end of the season, but I know that sunbeds are paid. In addition, on the left side of the beach a small stream flows into the sea, it seems not to be a sewer, but the stench is sometimes felt.
The rooms in the hotel are very small, need updating, cleaning every day with a change of towels. We had two twin rooms, upon request they opened the door that connects them, it was convenient. There were some minor problems with the equipment in the shower, but this did not affect the rest.
In rainy weather, we used the indoor pool, it is small, but there is. For 10 euros, we used the services of the local hammam, we really liked it. Billiards are also paid.
The cultural program at the hotel is not rich, there was one concert per week, but at the end of the season and that is too much.
In general, I can recommend the hotel for a good rest, it fully meets its price.
