Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested in June 2011 with children for 25 days. The hotel is actually very cheap and therefore high demands cannot be made on it. For its price, it's not bad at all. Many people come there for a long time and with children - the price is acceptable. And now about the hotel itself. 1. Garden is located across the road from the sea and you have to walk along the roadway with cars rushing past, and even in the sun! - not great on vacation. Yes, even on the underpass with very steep steps! There is a ramp, but it’s not realistic to walk a stroller with a child on it - it’s very steep, because the constant picture is mothers carrying baby strollers in their arms !! ! Therefore, with small children or elderly people with sore legs, I do not recommend going to the Garden building !! ! 2. The beach at the Annabella hotel itself is very mediocre - a river flows into the sea on the left and anything can swim in its mouth. Plus there are stones and stones when entering the sea. After a small storm, a lot of algae washed up on the beach and who knows what dangled in the sea - and no one cleaned it up !! ! Everyone walked stepping over black tow... A good beach near the neighboring four "Pegasus" we went there to swim, only there, but there, of course, it was impossible to hide under an awning and we had to roast all day in the sun while the children played and splashed in shallow water. But the beach is really amazing! I've only seen this in Goa. But the price in this four is very biting. 3. Animation for children is absent as a fact (the inclusion of children's music for half an hour before adult animation, under which children simply rage, does not count at all). An adult like to eat 2 times a week. But if you've been to Turkey at least once, you won't be able to watch it at all - it's very cheap and primitive! There is no daytime entertainment at all, neither for children nor for adults. 4. The staff at the reception is very polite, friendly and pleasant in all respects (when we missed lunch, the receptionist offered us his sandwiches to feed the child, and HIMSELF!!! ) But the waiters are just quiet HORROR!! ! I have never seen such a yoke and disgusting behavior even in Soviet hotels! They have a terrible attitude towards Russians (probably because the Germans and Poles give tips and the Russians don’t) They come up with deliberately dissatisfied faces, even if you smile and say hello to them, snatch the plate from which you eat, mutter something in Turkish... And even to our children are treated terribly, despite the fact that all Turks always love children. But the Germans bring drinks and food themselves!! ! 5. Feeding is bad and very monotonous, this is a fact - the hotel is cheap! Meat for 25 days was not once, the chicken was once a week - it was a holiday! For the first week of fruit, there were only oranges, then only watermelons. Of course, there were more vegetables, side dishes and sweets - that’s what they ate, they didn’t even lose weight because there was a lot of flour. The kids only ate pasta and pizza. 6. There was also a problem with drinking - hot water (and, accordingly, tea) only for breakfast. At lunch and dinner, for hot water (to at least dilute the child with ice mineral water), I had to run to the bar on the beach. It’s not far away and it’s not difficult for a mother who doesn’t want a sore throat for her child to run away - BUT - the staff swore at it so much !! ! IT IS FORBIDDEN!! ! constantly told us. As soon as we did not try to resolve this issue - nothing helped. It still remains unclear to me - is it really difficult to turn on the cooler with boiling water (it is there, but it is included only at breakfast) In general, they feel sorry for the boiling water !! ! Well, the fact that the juices are all powdered there is the same everywhere. Children need to buy just bottled water, so as not to be poisoned by this rubbish. 7. The rooms in Gardin are not bad (for a three-ruble note) - clean, bright, if away from the road you can’t hear it practically (by Moscow standards) view of pines and palm trees. 8. Nothing was missing in the room - money, documents, jewelry and purchased items were in plain sight and did not disappear. Children's toys and air mattresses and circles were left at the entrance from the beach at the bar under the bushes - nothing was lost even if we spent the night there. (in the four in Kemer, everyone poked !! ! even children's scoops !! ! all you had to do was turn away) 9. I was very pleased with the bathhouse - very clean, tidy and free of charge!! ! Procedures of course cost money, but you could just take a steam bath every day!! ! True, only two hours, but we adjusted our regimes and always walked! For a three-ruble note - the bath is very decent (again, at 4 * the bath was much worse - it was disgusting to go in) Conclusion - for your money - the hotel is decent. If I find more money, I'll take a more expensive hotel!
