The hotel was chosen based on reviews on the Internet, as well as reviews of the travel agency manager.
I traveled with my two daughters aged 12 and 19.
When checking in, we had to wait an hour, since we arrived at 11 o'clock, at which time we went to the sea, so this moment was smoothed out.
Food at altitude, service in the restaurant for 5 with a plus! There is a chicken every day, a sea of vegetables, there were always watermelons, oranges, grapefruits.
The hotel has a great location - 5 minutes to the sea.
There were moments that seemed to give reason to doubt the hotel, but these moments were immediately corrected by the staff: when we checked in, the door jamb was broken, but it didn’t bother us, so we didn’t call anyone. A few days later, a technician suddenly came and fixed it, billed us 30 lira)). We immediately went to the hotel manager, everything was explained, the issue was resolved, we did not pay anything.

There was another unpleasant moment of rest - a mattress was stolen from us on the beach, but this is already a minus not of a hotel, but of some bad person. God be his judge.
Why didn’t I rate it excellent? Because we were settled in a room for two, not three, just a third bed was attached, not even a bed, but an armchair-bed. The room was small. Still, a child of 12 is not a baby.
Once again, I would like to note the staff, from the bar, waiters and ending with managers - everyone is friendly, helpful, they know Russian and English. I think we will return to Asuka!
