Rested at the Asrin Beach Hotel in May. Went with a friend for 2 weeks.
What can I say - just HORRIBLE!!! ! I have been resting in Turkey for 7 years already, but I have not seen anything like this yet.
1. resettlement. We were moved 3 times from room to room due to the fact that in one room the drain did not work, in the second there was no light. Finally we were settled - it seems normal.
2. The food for the first week was normal, both meat and vegetables. But then, when a bunch of tourists came, there was nothing to eat, queues at the restaurant, stale food. In a word, quiet horror!
3. hotel through the underground passage to the beach, it's normal, I'm used to this, but so that there is no LIGHT in the passage!!! ! It was pitch dark there and I sprained my leg. How can a hotel claim to be a 4 * category if there are no basic things.

4. separate conversation - staff. Everything is good in the restaurant and on the territory of the hotel, friendly and helpful, but we are the receptionist. I am describing a situation that I witnessed. The family was resting and the child was bitten by a jellyfish, a strong temperature rose. They called an ambulance, but she, as always, could not get there. When the unfortunate woman approached the reception desk to find out when the car would be, he told her in plain text, “You fucked me up. ” I was shocked. How can a hotel employee say such a thing!!!!!!!!!!!
I take rest calmly, I don’t need luxury and everything else, but basic amenities are simply necessary. I advise people not to go to this hotel, you will get one disappointment instead of a good rest.
