I agree with the previous review, I will say that I was also initially worried that everything would be terrible. Upon arrival, they immediately gave $ 10, so as not to wait until 14.00. Very kindly accommodated. In general, point by point.
1. The staff is friendly, although some of the waiters in the restaurant looked a bit untidy. Nobody was rude.
2. There was plenty of food, there was chicken twice a day, fish, stewed liver, etc. Minus - sometimes wine glasses were not washed from lipstick, and the assortment of sweets left much to be desired: they never gave peaches, apples - 1 time. Every day melons, watermelons and grapes. There were no frets at all!!!
3. There were always enough places in the restaurant, you could come later and eat in peace. I consider plastic cups at the pool bar and on the beach to be normal. there are a lot of small children around, it is safer with disposable ones than with glass ones.

4. The rooms were cleaned regularly, but sometimes it was really poor quality, you had to ask to wash the floors. But since we never quarreled, our requests were fulfilled immediately. And swans were made for us from sheets too.
5. The beach is NORMAL. I don't understand what there is to dislike. There are drain pipes everywhere, even on the beaches of 5 * hotels. The water is clean and odorless! You don’t like pebbles - go to the South Coast, to Yalta, is there a sand?? ? Such nature, you must understand!
6. Animation really sucks. What are 5 people doing there?? ? These parodies were just so boring that I wanted to ask them directly about it... It was not a pity to pay 5 bucks for a disco, but there was nothing there (we had already been to Alanya several times, went around everything up and down). Solving the problem of adult animation with simple trips to the disco is not serious. Not once in 7 days there was no water aerobics, although I specifically approached and asked if it would be, when it would be, etc. They were JUST LOYAL to work. So nightclubs did not cover the disappointment from the mediocre work of animators in the daytime. Volleyball on the beach was held from 11 to 12, in the heat. Husband once played, got a solar allergy.
In general, the impression is ambiguous. It could have been worse, or it could have been better. The funny thing is that the agency praised the animation very much, but we didn’t like it)) Many complained that they and their children were placed in a standard room, but it was written in the information about the hotel, no one promised them Family rooms! And there are a LOT of kids!
I would not go to this hotel again, because. really boring, empty lots around the hotel, gloomy feeling. We wish you to find positive in this hotel!! !
