Let me just say that I don't recommend going there. We were in Turkey for the first time. "Thanks" to this hotel, the impression of the country was disgusting and I definitely would not want to go there again! All the negative reviews are true, all the good ones, apparently, were written by the employees.
1. Settled for 1.5 hours, waiting for money. We gave nothing to this Kyrgyz, we were settled on the 1st floor with spiders.
2. There are leaking faucets in the room, which are disgusting to touch because of the sticky coating. Water pressure is weak. Soap without a soap dish ended instantly - I had to beg, because. they bring nothing. Cleaning is so-so, albeit daily. They stopped leaving for tea - twice they brought only 1 towel for two, and that was dirty.

3. The beach is close, through the transition. The sea is dirty, because waste from the neighboring dolphinarium is thrown into it. The bar on the beach works according to an incomprehensible schedule: the beach itself is until 8 pm, and at 6 everything is already closed and you can’t drink.
Sunbeds are free, mattresses $1, towels $2.
4. The slides by the pool work 2 hours a day, and then I beat my back on them, because the seams do not fit together. All the sunbeds by the pool are occupied around the clock by someone's towels, there is no place. There are always not enough glasses, and they are not washed, but rinsed.
5. Ugly food: all 10 days there was no fruit, 4 times meat, constantly chicken and tomato-cucumbers in different versions. water is poured into the cooler from the tap (our friends have seen it! ), it has scale in it, the taste is nasty. In short, we arrived and gladly ate the usual potatoes with herring.
6. The staff is different, many of those who stubbornly pretend that they do not understand either Russian or English. Once I left glasses in the canteen, so my husband threatened to call the manager for 10 minutes, while they bothered to take them out of the back room. Guides insist that it is mandatory to take a safe for $ 2 per day, but we were not seduced. Everything is in order, although the neighbor swore that she saw how the cleaning lady dragged away the pearls from another room, hiding it under a towel. Who knows them? They fuss only for their fellow citizens.
7. Animation is one name. for all the time the contests were repeated 2 times. We managed to fire 2 girls, recruit Kyrgyz women who didn’t do anything. Water polo and volleyball are not judged by anyone, everything is on their own. Aqua aerobics and gymnastics - I'd rather do it.
8. As a result, young people are bored, because they go far to all parties and excursions (discotheques with animators $ 3 entry, beer from $ 10). Although the hotel is positioned as a family hotel, there are many children, but they have nothing to do there: there is no mini-club (they don’t even have anything to draw on), there is no nanny. As a result, screaming children are everywhere: on the beach, on buses, at beach parties and excursions.
