We went to Turkey with a group of 4 people. The hotel was chosen relying on a travel company. We really regretted choosing this hotel. Upon arrival, we were settled in rooms (if you can call it that), which were located in the basement (I assume that according to the project there should have been a warehouse, a laundry room or something like that). In general, what we saw in these rooms: whitewash was falling from the ceiling, one of the 3 sockets had bare wires, there were no air conditioners, the last straw was a dirty (sorry, pissed) toilet bowl.
We went to swear at the reception, they answered us: "Sorry, there are no free rooms. These are standard rooms. " But there was no smell of the standard)). Naturally, we made a scandal, only then we were moved to a more or less tolerable room.
In 10 days, our room was cleaned 1 TIME (! ) (this happened only after I caught a cleaning lady in the corridor and put money in her hand), although a sign asking us to clean the room hung on our door constantly from 9:00 to 24:00!

In general, I would not wish anyone to get on such, so to speak, rest. The hotel barely pulls on 2 stars (never been in this, but I think that's how things are there). Many friends said that we were just unlucky, but I think that it is still the fault of the hotel and the attitude of its management and staff towards visitors.
The only thing that was great was the food, the chefs and the staff in the dining room! Here's 10 points for them! Pleased only with food and the sea.
