When choosing a hotel, they relied on green territory, because they wanted the hotel to have somewhere to hide from the heat in the shade and children's recreation, since all life revolves around the main two-year-old family member. When booking, we agreed in advance that we would live in the same room with my husband and daughter of 2 years old, that is, we needed a playpen bed, and in the second room there were two grandmothers and a daughter of 16 years old. We got two rooms in the Rosa building. One was given to grandmothers and the eldest daughter with a view of the amusement park and water park, and the other was taken to ourselves with a partial view of the sea and the hotel grounds. The room is not to say that it is spacious. The standard room has a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed - a sofa. This alignment was inconvenient for both grandmothers and their daughter, and for us. For grandmothers and daughters, three full-fledged single beds would be ideal. But there are simply no such numbers. One grandmother had to sleep on a large double bed, and her daughter in an extra bed. We had a single bed in the room and an extra bed - a sofa in general were superfluous. Manege unfortunately in the room was not. We went to the reception to ask for a playpen. But we knew perfectly well that there was simply nowhere to put it there. The only option is to remove either the single bed or the extra bed. But when we came to the room, we saw that we had squeezed the arena into the only passage and there was simply nowhere to walk. The question is, why do we need two unnecessary beds that take up space? I had to put a table on the sofa, and put a playpen in place of the table close to the bed. We thought that after seeing these barricades, the staff would guess to unload our room a little, but no. Went to reception again. Began to ask to remove the extra space. Removed. It is not clear to me why it is necessary to ask for obvious things? There was one thing I did not ask for. Namely, they brought us a wide and short arena, and the mattress was narrow and long, completely unsuitable for this arena. I looked and thought: "And how can I sleep on it? The child is spinning in a dream and will fall off this mattress to the floor! " Without hesitation, I took a blanket, twisted it and with the help of a large blanket, a narrow mattress, one towel and a small blanket, I made a comfortable bed. But then again, why should I think of a sleeping place for a child? Did the staff who brought the playpen not see that the mattress did not fit him? If there are no mattresses for this arena, then maybe you should consider purchasing them? Of the toiletries in the shower hung bottles of shower gel and shampoo - 2 in 1. In addition, they put hair conditioner. There was no body lotion. Also of the minuses - in the shower there is not a single shelf or hook. There is absolutely nowhere to hang a washcloth, put bubbles, a razor and so on. These are small things, but small things add up to comfort. The lack of shelves bothered me. Also unpleasantly surprised that there was no air freshener in the toilet. In any hotel and hotel there are such things! The freshener appeared only when we went again and asked for it at the reception. Housekeeping is another story! As we understood, the rooms there are cleaned qualitatively only once - on the day of departure of some guests and arrival of others. On other days, cleaning is a change of bed linen, towels and emptying the trash can. The floors in the room are not washed or washed very poorly, the balcony is not cleaned at all. And for three days in a row we were not cleaned at all! Cleaning there takes place from 9 to 16, as we were told at the reception. Since we have a small child and she sleeps at lunchtime, we hung a sign - do not disturb from 13 o'clock. But from 9 to 13 there is enough time for cleaning. However, at this time, no one came to us. Maybe they came later and saw the sign, we don't know. Again I had to go to the reception and ask that our room still be cleaned in the morning. I also want to note that earlier in other, less prestigious hotels in Turkey and Egypt, after cleaning, we always left beautiful patterns of towels and flowers on the bed. Here for all time such chic was only once. From all of the above, I think it is clear that we were not satisfied with the service in this hotel, namely the service and cleaning in the rooms. After killing two mosquitoes in the bathroom and leaving bloody stains on the tiles, we continued to look at them for two days, until I realized that wiping the walls is apparently aerobatics, which only I am capable of)))) My husband and I also noted that there is no such a variety of food as we have seen in other less expensive hotels. Sweets are all the same. But nevertheless, you can eat tasty and satisfying! Pleased with soups close to our Russians. There was something similar to borscht and chicken and meat soups. I ate soups with pleasure, and most importantly, they could feed a child! Also pleased with the presence of delicious 100% juices. Every day there were watermelons and cherries. And even the sausage is quite edible! Therefore, we rate the cuisine at 4, only because of the small variety of products. And their quality is 5. The hotel has an excellent area. My oldest daughter went to the gym every day. Before lunch, we usually hung out near the pools with slides, and after lunch we went to the sea and then to the relax pool. He is heated and it's just super! I really love warm water! On the territory in several pools there are places with a jacuzzi, including in the relax pool. There are a lot of hills and different ones. In general, the territory and all the entertainment for children for 5+!! ! Lunopark is very helpful. My daughter did not climb out of the train and carousels. Plenty of trampolines, good miniclub. We loved the elephants on wheels. As he comes and spins around them, although there was still a lot of interesting things! In general, the rest was a success and everything would have been just fine if the impression had not been spoiled by poor service in the room. And yes, another minus is pebbles, stony pebbles. We entered the sea from the pier. But we knew where we were going, so we don’t blame anyone for this minus. However, next time we still decided that we would go to the sand)
