returned from this "hotel" the day before yesterday. We were there as a family: me, my wife and daughter 2 years 9 months. Tour operator - Pegasus. I will try to refrain from emotions and epithets, I will state only the facts. So:

We arrived at the hotel at 22:30. They settled in right away. They didn't ask for money. DINNER IS NOT OFFERED (this happened for the first time in the history of our holiday in Turkey and Egypt). Instead, they gave me two stale rolls wrapped in foil, each with a slice of soy sausage and cheese. Drink offered tea and water in the lobby bar.

We got room 608 on the 6th floor, cramped, with two beds (double + single), occupying almost the entire space, a small balcony overlooking the sea, the road and the neighboring Club Sun Heaven hotel. Relatively new renovation. The air conditioning works well but blows on the bed, it's very easy to catch a cold!
There is no extractor in the bathroom, but there are drains in the floor, from which the sewage stinks unbearably.
The sink was clogged from the start.
But all the above shortcomings fade before the main thing - NIGHT NOISE. As soon as we moved into the room (about 11 p. m. ), we immediately heard the roar of animation from the nearby Club Sun Heaven hotel, from which the walls shook! Somewhere around 11-15 there was silence and we were glad that we would finally get some sleep from the road. As it turned out, in vain. After 5 minutes, the roar began, already quieter, but quite noticeable. It turned out that Club Sun Heaven EVERY NIGHT throws a disco on the beach until 2 am, while in our room, which was located in block A (closer to the beach), it was almost impossible to sleep! I'm not talking about the noise from the nearby busy highway.
You can also hear everything that is done in neighboring rooms (TV sound, talking even in an undertone, having sex).
The next morning they asked to move us to another room, not on the 6th floor and away from the beach, we were refused, saying that there were supposedly no rooms available.
Over the next few days they repeated their request with the same result. In the end, they waved their hand, somehow got used to it and began to fall asleep to the roar of music, plugging their ears with a pillow.
At the same time, people were moved from the nearby Sunside Beach Hotel (which, apparently, is even worse) for money, and even gave them a few rooms to choose from.
Location
The hotel is located at the entrance to the village of Konakli. Drive from the airport is at least 2 hours. Right next door are the Sunside Beach and Club Sun Heaven hotels. It is a 25-30 minute walk to the center of Konaklov with a stroller (of course, it is better to go in the evening, and not during the day in the heat), there is a small promenade, a couple of shopping centers and a bunch of small shops. Also, on Wednesdays in Konakli, from dawn to dusk, an exit market unfolds on the streets, where you can buy fruits at very competitive prices (for example, we bought excellent cherries for $ 1 for 2 kg! ), A lot of clothes and all sorts of knick-knacks are also sold.
Directly opposite the hotel there are dolmush stops, where you can get to Alanya for $ 2 or 3.5 lira (obviously more profitable).
Territory and infrastructure
Actually, the hotel doesn't have it. Only a narrow passage on the side of the wasteland, at the end of which there is a cramped nook in which there is a small pool with a water slide, a bar with several tables, a pathetic semblance of a stage nearby, and a shed with the Mini Club sign. THERE IS NO INFRASTRUCTURE FOR CHILDREN, not even a simple slide or swing!
There is also a tiny shop on the territory (the prices are quite reasonable, many goods can be bought even cheaper than at the exit market), there is a SPA center in the basement. The SPA center is, of course, loudly said, there is only a small hammam and a sauna that is always turned off, there is not even a pool. But the prices for massage are quite democratic, from $10, and the massage is excellent!
True, then they try to divorce for 5-10 sessions for $ 25-35))) Right next to the exit from the hotel (to the left) there is a street travel agency where an eccentric gentleman works, who introduces himself to everyone as Eldorado. We took tours from him to Demre-Mira-Kekova ($55 per person), dolphinarium ($15 per person), Vikingen yacht ($20 per person, child free), everything was organized perfectly.
Contingent of vacationers
Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Turks. NOT A SINGLE EUROPEAN, they bypass this hotel.

The hotel guide from Pegas Muslim turned out to be surprisingly adequate, he didn’t tell horror stories, he didn’t impose excursions, however, he refused to decide on the issue of moving to another room, he said that this was the prerogative of the hotel. Then Muslim disappeared somewhere and a young Russian guy appeared, we heard how he bred tourists on excursions, but he did not pester us. Pegasus organized the return transfer clearly. It is located across the road, you can get there via a PUBLIC underground or elevated passage, located 50-100 meters from the hotel, the hotel does not have its own passage to the beach. Both crossings have very steep steps, it is difficult to pass with a stroller. The underpass is not lit at night.
The beach itself makes a poor impression. Dark, fine, dusty sand mixed with algae and debris. To the right is the beach of the Club Sun Heaven hotel, it is cleaner and slightly improved (we saw how it was leveled with a tractor). On the left is actually a garbage dump. Pebbles close to the sea. Entering the sea - slabs of volcanic rock, there are deep pits, falling into which, you can easily break your legs, as well as sharp protruding stones. However, there were no particularly strong waves during our stay.
There is a sandy entrance to the water only on the section of the Club Sun Heaven beach (and then only a narrow strip), no one forbids Sea Bird guests to swim there, but there are a lot of people, not crowded. The water is very muddy from the sand, in addition, there is a lot of garbage floating there: bags, cups, gaskets, etc. (I have seen such dirty water in the sea, perhaps, only on the Central Beach in Pattaya and in the Tuapse district in the town of Nebug). However, after 50 meters from the shore, the water is already clear.
There are clearly not enough sun loungers on the beach, if you arrive at 10 am, it is already unrealistic to find a free sunbed. From sun loungers belonging to neighboring hotels, driven. From 9 am to 6 pm you can use mattresses, there are no beach towels.
Stray dogs walk along the beach in a businesslike way, they can crawl under a sunbed or stick their nose into a bag. Also, donkeys and camels are constantly driven along the shore (they ask $ 10 for a ride, but you can negotiate for 3).
The beach bar is one name, it only has cola fanta sprite, tea and water. There is a toilet and shower, but after 6 pm the toilets (as well as the bar) are closed.
WiFi
Wi-Fi in the hotel is normally caught only at the reception and in the lobby bar and lives its own special life, as the guide Muslim put it, "comes and goes. " Sometimes it was impossible to connect for days! I do not advise you to seriously rely on him as a means of communication.

The hotel canteen is very cramped and dirty, there are not enough places, especially at dinner. Tablecloths are always dirty, leftovers are not removed from the tables, cutlery is not always available. Meals are scarce, mostly vegetables, pasta, potatoes, soy cutlets and the cheapest sausages (we sell these in Auchan under the brand Every day for 20 rubles per pack). Signature dishes - chicken wings and giblets, unknown to us small and terribly bony fish, twice there was a fried sprat (I didn’t know that sprat can be fried)))! ! !
For breakfast - scrambled eggs, fried eggs and pancakes, buns, good cheese, cheese, soy sausage. For all hot dishes, a QUEUE is artificially created, skirmishes between vacationers over food are not uncommon. Fruits included oranges, sour apples, sweet watermelons, and unsweetened melons. The next day, the bathroom was still washed (the sink was never cleaned), the towel was taken away. And when we checked out, we were billed for $ 10 for an allegedly damaged towel (I'm sure that it was washed and now someone is safely wiping it). I had to pay, but if there were any positive emotions from this hotel, at that moment they completely evaporated.
How did we get to this "hotel"?
Of course, we understood that we were not going to heaven on earth ...The determining factor was, firstly, the price (67 thousand rubles ($ 1200) for 12 days with a flight from Samara for three people), which seemed an attractive offer for 4 * (in reality, the hotel, of course, does not reach 3 *). However, from conversations with other vacationers, we realized that we STRONGLY OVERPAYED, the majority flew to this hotel on last-minute vouchers for 10-15 thousand rubles. per person for 10-12 days, including airfare.
We also thought that Konakli is better than Mahmutlar (as it turned out, not much, except that the airport is closer). Well, to some extent, the choice was influenced by the positive reviews left this year. Only later did we realize that these reviews are most likely left by hotel animators (after all, they are paid money for something, but they obviously do not fulfill their direct duties), or someone at their request.
The assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of this hotel is greatly complicated by 4 *, assigned to this institution either by misunderstanding or for a large bribe))) A big claim against the Pegasus tour operator, because he not only recognizes these 4 *, but also recommends it to tourists! In reality, this hotel can only be compared with the weakest 3 stars. Then, for example, the food could be called tolerable, plus the presence of a water slide, at least some, but its own beach, at least with some kind of bar, a fresh renovation in the rooms.
But in comparison with the fours, there are NO VALUES (if you want to compare, take a look at the neighboring Club Sun Heaven, this is really a normal Turkish four, although also with practically no territory).
