We stayed in July 2013. Checked in only at 11 am, but they gave a very good room with a sea view. A/C, fridge, TV - everything worked. Safe for extra charge. The hotel area is really small, but well-groomed. The food at the hotel is good, they gave both Turkish dishes and more familiar to us. We were never hungry, we even ate too much. Meat in its pure form was not given, there were soy cutlets, chicken hearts, liver, chicken meat, minced meat. In general, we had enough. From alcohol there was beer, wine, vodka, raki (I think that's what Turkish vodka is called).
Many people write that the towels are gray and are not cleaned at all. Everything was fine with us, always clean towels, rooms tidied up. True, some people still complained about the cleaning.
Animation in the hotel is 3+ (on a 5-point scale). Children are well entertained, animation for adults should be worked on, but in the evenings it was fun))
The pool does not smell of bleach, the slide is open after lunch.

I rate the beach at 4 (on a 5-point scale). Pebbles with sand underfoot. At the entrance to the sea there are stones, after 1-2 meters sand. The sea was very cool) Mattresses are taken early, at 18:00.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. There is a Turkish bath. The overall impression was good, I advise you to go to Sea Bird if you are abroad for the first time, if you are with children. I do not advise those who have visited 5 * to go, since 4 * most likely will not suit you.
