The hotel was chosen based on reviews for 2 adults without children. In principle, chose the cheapest of the 3 stars. Corresponds to three stars.
We lived on the 5th floor. The room was clean enough. The toilet flush did not work, I had to lift the lid of the tank to which the flush rope was tied. They asked to fix it, a plumber came, fixed it, the repair was enough for a day, then they got used to it. The light bulb in the toilet burned out, they changed it half an hour after contacting the reception. The room is small, even cramped, large people will be uncomfortable, although we may have come across such a number. The TV was in the form of an old square small box with a dead remote control. I caught a glimpse of a modern flat-screen TV on the wall in another room, it looks like we were out of luck again (((. The air conditioner was new, quiet, with a remote control, cooled quickly. The room also has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a mirror, a refrigerator. Hot water in the shower around noon (heated from the sun). Towels changed regularly a couple of times a week. Maybe more often if you leave a towel on the floor. Windows faced the side between the street and the courtyard of the hotel, the noise from the street did not interfere.
Drinking water was bought at the store. At the reception and in the bar-restaurant, free bottled water was not given. The food was good, although there wasn't much variety. Liked the lack of lines. There is a small queue if you come to the very beginning, but it quickly resolves, while there are enough sweets for everyone, since the waiter is standing at the distribution and doesn’t impose a lot in one hand, but nothing prevents you from coming up a second or third time if something liked it a lot. The hotel is small, there is no animation, Wi-Fi is only in the reception area and the bar-restaurant. I liked the beer, they pour it not into plastic cups, as in some large hotels, but into normal glasses. Beer is tasty, fresh, not diluted. There was no whiskey in the bar. Vodka and local crayfish available. Wine dry red white (did not like).

Liked the location of the hotel. City center. Numerous shopping and entertainment outlets are within walking distance. There is a market nearby (next to the bus station towards Waikiki), in the market they bought rahat almost two times cheaper than in stores in the area. The hotel does not have its own beach (by the way, there are no beach towels either), so we took a bus to Cleopatra Beach. The beach is paid if you take a sun lounger and an umbrella. Walking distance to Cleopatra, about 15 minutes walk. There is a beach closer to the hotel near the rock on which the Alanya fortress stands, but the bottom is more rocky there, we did not go there. Also, the hotel does not have its own hammam and sauna. In general, a quiet, calm hotel with a minimum number of children, noise, screaming and showdowns at the reception.
