Ужасный отель! Отдых испорчен! Terrible hotel! Vacation ruined!

1. We arrived at the hotel at 14.00. Until 17.00 they categorically did not want to settle under the pretext of cleaning the room. After the requirements at the reception, they nevertheless offered to go to the room, but as it turned out, even at 17.00 it was still not cleaned when there were 5 pseudo cleaners there.
2. Bedding and towels were changed on the 6th day of rest (photos of supposedly clean bedding are attached) after a scandal at the reception.
3. The mini bar was never replenished for 7 days, all requests to bring water to the room at the reception were accepted but stupidly ignored.
4. Cleaning was something! For 7 days, they once walked with a broom on the floor and raised dust. Toilet and sink were not disinfected. The floor was not washed.
5. All rooms are adjacent (you will understand from the photo). The room has a door to the next room, through it you can hear everything to the smallest detail. You hear your neighbors and they hear you very well.

6. A clunker rides around the hotel day and night. It rattles rattles to rest in such noise is not realistic.
7. Food: in principle, varied, but you need to come to the restaurant before it opens. for breakfast for example at 7 am then you can eat. Come at 9.30
there will be nothing left. A big minus is that all the distribution of food in open containers and tables is otherwise flies and birds that are freely available to sit on all products. Ugh!
8. Animation: very weak. For children, the mini club is a one-room suite with toys that are never washed there. With a large number of children, a breeding ground for infections. In the evening, an hour of dancing for children, the same songs and movements of animators for 7 days.
9. Sea: warm. Shore sand. But the entrance to the sea is sand with stones. It is not convenient for children and adults to enter.
10. Sunbeds: At 6am, 90% of the sunbeds by the pool are occupied. At 9.00 there are no sunbeds at all. On the beach, the same picture, and the sunbeds are all dirty and the mattresses on them too.
In conclusion, I want to say the hotel is designed for Turkish large families. It was evident how the staff pays all attention to them, not paying attention to guests from other countries. At the reception simply ignore all the comments and requests.
