Once in them, we were simply horrified by the condition of the rooms. Dirt and very small rooms, and interroom. Although the site of this hotel shows completely different rooms. Where they are, we have no idea. Our indignation knew no bounds. How many times have I been to Turkey, I have never seen such a shitty hotel. The mood was zero. That's not all. There are ants in the rooms, and as they wrote in previous reviews, they were not cleaned at all until you quarreled at the reception. Moreover, according to our guide, the owner of this hotel knows everything about all the shortcomings, but does nothing and simply profits from us tourists. For some reason, the tour operator Coral Travel strongly recommends this hotel to many tourists. And we flew from Kamchatka for 21 days. Represent our state and mood. Wi-fi is paid, not free as we were told. The hotel area is dirty. In the pool, many children were poisoned and caught the rotovirus. Before our arrival in the restaurant, if you can call it that, a lot of people were poisoned and also in this situation no one did anything. Entertainment is practically non-existent. Animation for children at the lowest level. Mini club with children practically did not work. for adults, the animation was with the participation of the vacationers themselves. The food is at the lowest level. I haven't seen this yet. If you didn’t run to the dining room at 19.00, then consider yourself left hungry. solid vegetables and the bare minimum of meat. Fruit minimum. Usually such delicious pastries happen, but here we were completely disappointed. All this together left the most lousy impression of this hotel. Yes, one more thing, if we took cocktails in the bar for free in the evening, then one fine evening we were told.... and now cocktails for a fee. our indignation knew no bounds. And the beach is really crowded with two hotels on the same beach. Friends, if you don't want to ruin your vacation and waste your money, don't take this hotel. I am not a picky person, but what we saw was the height of complete chaos.
