The staff speaks Russian and broken English only at the reception, the rest of the staff in the bars, security, on the territory, with any attempts to learn something from them, they answer "I don't understand. "
They settled in the room, there were no towels, they said come tomorrow, the next day they approached them 5 times they wrote down something there and said they would bring everything, as a result they brought TWO ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER AND A DIRTY SMALL TOWEL ON THE THRESHOLD OF THE DOOR FROM THE STREET SIDE AND HANGED ON THE HANDLE DOORS.
They didn’t give water to the room, I had to go only in the evening to the reception to ask for a bottle, and it happened that there was no water, or they didn’t bring it yet, when they don’t know. Other vacationers in general in the room zhudko stink of sewerage.
At the reception, the staff is very boorish, the administrator was once asked to call their Turkish number by phone, she pretended not to hear us and went into the office.

For a week, the room was cleaned only on the sixth day (they swept the floor and made the bed; by the way, the sheets on the bed were torn from the first day of arrival), as a result, it would be better if no one cleaned at all, because they stole money from the shorts (lyre), and girls from a hryvnia bag (why they needed them there is a mystery to me).
There is one half of the glass in the shower, and the second half is open like an entrance, the threshold is low there and therefore everything flows down to the floor all over the restroom.
Sewerage also stinks in many places on the territory, especially where there is a drain!
Wi-Fi is paid, I am attaching a photo, as well as a photo of a well-groomed territory.
The food is the same every day, in recent days for breakfast there was less and less choice of food every day, at lunch there is no first at all, and if there is flour diluted with water and filled with gravy.
At the bar, when the glasses run out, the bartender can take the glasses from the dirty pile and continue pouring their diluted liquor for you.

got to this hotel by deception from JOIN UP, paid for another hotel, and we were settled in this one and also for two weeks, by deception, they lodge tourists here from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus. They argue that the rooms in your hotels are occupied, we will take you to the five-star "Villas", and in the morning you will be transferred to your hotels, but in the morning the guide comes again and starts combing out utter nonsense, and as you might have guessed, no one is relocating anyone, and moreover the guide still has the audacity to sell you excursions THREE times more expensive, and some people have the stupidity to buy them.
I absolutely do not recommend.
