Room 2*2, bath 1*1, dirt, everything is broken, sunny side! Without hesitation, we returned to the reception, invested money in the passport, put a smile on our face and..... we were given a room such as the hoteliers advertise in the photo, though then they called from the reception for a couple of days, made an appointment for the evening, although it is forbidden, but there, It seems to me that these laws do not work until you yourself are rude! Therefore, immediately upon arrival, ask for a room in the new building!!! ! These are 6.7, 8.9 cases!
The uniform of the service staff leaves much to be desired, I believe that this should be the face of the hotel! Cleaned every day, but not good, shampoos, gels and soaps were only on the day of arrival (but we had everything with us), towels are given either 3 pieces or 5 pieces. not always bleached, bedding changed once in 9 days.
Food is a different story, just a big FU!!! , near cuts, salads, it’s better not to go at all, the smell is such that you won’t eat at all, the queues are crazy, fruits are handed out and only one view a day (there were either apples, or oranges, or watermelon), drinks - cooler system, very cold, UPI, people get sick every once in a while, dishes are disposable.

Garbage is all over the territory, only near the new buildings it’s clean - apparently, because of the huge territory of the hotel, they don’t physically have time to clean it up, but sorry, and the Russians are something, they can drop a bottle and step over the fragments, they sit in the restaurant yelling, swearing !!
The beach is sand and pebbles, it’s possible from the pier, but we have special shoes, so there are no problems, you can also buy “corals” there for $ 5, but again there is a lot of garbage, everyone is probably too lazy to raise their ass and throw bulls, cups and etc. in the trash. The showers are mostly broken.
The water, as well as on the beach, and in the rooms is not fresh, but sea, salty, only filtered.
Animation - there were 2 times in 9 days, once a competition like at our weddings, the second - a ridiculous scene, and then a volleyball tournament began, so they watched a live show in the amphitheater. They went to the disco and left, because indoors, stuffy and smoky.
Pools - I don’t understand why go to the sea and sit in bleach, but oh well, to each his own. The water in them is not changed at all, this is known to everyone - that's why they chlorinate. We witnessed an unpleasant scene: in the evening we sit by the pool, admire, so to speak, in the evening, and then a “boy” runs with a full bucket of dry bleach and pours huge armfuls around the pool, the smell was amazing, tears from the eyes and into the room !!
The rest fell on the period of Ramadan, there were many Turkish families, so it was calm, they are very decent and quiet people, but when they left, the Russian madhouse began!
In general, the hotel is not very good, a huge territory is its only wealth!
