We arrived from Turkey on 08/18/2019 and I immediately decided to write a review while the memories are still fresh in my memory. And there is something to remember. We chose the hotel for a long time with our travel agent and settled on this. so. We drove from Antalya airport for a long time, about 3 hours. I knew that the hotel was far away, so I set myself up for a long journey. But really, it's very tiring.
We arrived in Antalya at 13.30, and got to the hotel at 16.45. The first thing that immediately caught my eye was a huge crowd at the reception. The guys on it do not cope with their duties. , decided which room to settle in. Gave 20 dollars, things went a little faster. They put on bracelets, took us to the room. There were 2 people, me and my husband. on the second line of houses overlooking the central alley. This is the "center" of the hotel. Let's go for dinner.
The dining room struck me the most. A huge crowd of people, queues for food everywhere, a complete lack of air conditioning, sticky floors, to which it is very easy to stick shoes. Dishes are mostly plastic, only ceramic dinner plates.

For breakfast: pancakes, jam and honey for them, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, sausage and ham, which are absolutely not tasty, breakfast cereals for children, and milk for them. Coffee machine, tea in green bags, teapots with black tea, a juice machine that tastes like shampoo and also foams. At the bar there is local alcohol, Fanta, Pepsi, 7-up. Freshly squeezed juices cost 1 dollar.
For lunch: 2 types of puree soups, tomato and some kind of milk. I tried tomato, completely empty, if you do not add greens, crackers, seasonings. A couple of times there was a little cereal in it (probably forgot to wash the pan after cooking rice), -a little chicken fillet (the carcass accidentally fell in the wrong place), but the taste of the soup was always the same. I didn’t even try milk, I didn’t like the look. puree, absolutely not edible. Again, vegetables, greens. Ham and sausage not eaten at breakfast did not disappear, they made casseroles with herbs, stewed with vegetables. There were stuffed peppers, not tasty. Fried zucchini, eggplant, pepper. There was almost no meat , even chicken. There was always a baked fish with lemon. Sometimes they gave potatoes stewed with carrots and some chicken scraps.
For dinner, the same side dishes, soups, herbs, zucchini. There was grilled fish, several times very tasteless. Chicken shawarma 2 times, chicken wings, fried chicken fillet, half-baked. If something edible appeared in the dining room, a queue immediately lined up behind it . We were not ready to stand in line for 15 minutes for food, but we had to. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, fish and grilled meat - there is always a queue for everything. Desserts are a separate issue. If you don’t like jelly, then you won’t eat them. Also, we were not happy with cookies soaked in sugar syrup, but they are tastier than jelly.
A little about the room: not large, with a closet, 2 beds: double and single, white linens and white towels, 2 per person and one for two for legs, opposite the bed a table with a mirror, flat-screen TV, mini-bar, small a balcony with a dryer for clothes, 2 plastic chairs and a table. The bathroom is also small, a washbasin, a toilet bowl, a shower behind it. There are no doors to the shower, only a plastic curtain on one side, and a fabric shower curtain on the other. I later realized that the sewage was done incorrectly, and when taking a shower, it flows under the threshold, flows under the toilet and to the washbasin. And yet, there was not even a bottle of water in the room, since they bought it on the road, they drank it.

The next day after meeting with the hotel guide, we went to the reception to take cards for towels, find out about the hotel Wi-Fi, find out about the puddle in the bathroom and the lack of bottled water. Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel is paid and the price starts from $ 1 for 1 hour of Internet, and ends with $ 20 for 14 days of Internet, no one was interested in a puddle on the floor, they made a mark on themselves about a bottle of water. We waited for the promised water for another day, did not bring. Having caught a hotel worker, they asked her for 2 bottles of water. Seeing that we ordered water, she gave it. Then she always brought it herself.
Separately, I was struck by the beach, on which there was not a single free sunbed, and not all of them were occupied by people. Many of them just had towels, these were hotel guests who staked out a place for themselves. And where you will lie is simply incomprehensible. they didn’t come, and the sunbeds were empty for half a day. The hotel also has its own pier. Wooden, normal, with sunbeds on which there is never room. You can go down into the water from it, but you have to be very careful, because the stairs are metal , round and very slippery. True, there are lifeguards on the pier. Two boys playing games on the phone. The sea has always been warm, but restless, and there were decent waves for several days in a row. these are larger pebbles, and then just boulders, about which the husband cut his hand. At a depth, the same boulders, but they can no longer be reached.
There was a rumor that for a few dollars the security on the beach could borrow a sunbed for you. Near the pool, which is in the form of a lagoon in the center of the hotel, I managed to lie down only 2 times, and that was because my husband went to borrow sunbeds at 6 in the morning. Yes, yes, you can’t come at 9 in the morning and lie down, there’s just nowhere to go. I’m not talking about a pool with slides near the sea, since it was impossible to get there at all, apparently the places were clogged from 5 in the morning. The hotel administration didn’t delve into such things at all, they simply didn’t notice them.
Bed linen for 14 days, as well as towels in the room, were not changed even once, considering that my husband’s hand cut on a boulder was bleeding for some time and the bed was stained with blood stains, we were very unpleasantly surprised by this. Beach towels, when we came to find out about a replacement, they offered to change them for $ 1. As a result, they washed them from salt and dirt themselves in the shower and dried them on the balcony. There were dirty plastic glasses on the bars (they forgot to wash them, but it's not scary), the stench of spilled alcohol and drinks, everything is sticky and dirty, including the tables of these same bars. Although the room was cleaned daily, it was a pleasant surprise.

On the tenth day of our stay at the hotel, the door of our room turned out to be blocked for us. We were shocked, this had never happened before! The administration at the reception indifferently scanned the electronic key, asked when we were leaving and silently gave the key back, without apologizing, without explaining why it just happened, they just waved their hand, they say go to yourself. When leaving, they also silently took the cards for towels and the electronic key to the room. They didn’t say anything, even goodbye, it’s good to get there.
