Rested with my husband in July last year, negative memories so far!! ! Now I am choosing a place for my next vacation and decided to write a review, if I manage to dissuade anyone from choosing this hotel, then I wrote a review for a reason.
It was like this - they had never been to Turkey, before deciding on a hotel, they climbed the floor of the Internet, but the statistics for almost all hotels were 50 to 50%, 50% of admiring reviews and 50% below the bottom. Since we consider ourselves to be not picky tourists, I thought that people who write negative reviews are a little too much, but no!! ! Everything that is written negative about this place is the purest truth, everything that is written that is good is either ordered, or written by those who did not dry out the whole vacation and who, in principle, do not care about what was happening around, because everything is seen in a drunken stupor in a different light.
The agency said that we want to relax in a quiet place, in a family hotel, because we were very tired during the working year and just want to take a mattress, made it clear that we are not party-goers, we want to swim, sunbathe, eat delicious food, which is important. When I pointed to this hotel at the agency and asked their opinion, because the Internet has too polar reviews, something happened that didn’t make us hesitate for a second in choosing a hotel, the manager girl said that they had just arrived from there, was there on a promotional tour and she was wildly delighted. Well, think for yourself, if the travel agent is wildly delighted, then it’s really cool there!

When we arrived at the hotel and we were unloaded at the reception, I was already tensed... The reception is the face of the hotel, in this case everything looks 100 times more personable in the photo than it really is. Reception shabby all, although in 2010. hotel was refurbished! they gave us 20 bucks at the reception for a normal room, they gave us the keys to the new building, the porter picked up our suitcases and we rushed to our building. I go into the room and see that these vaunted 4+ are not up to the mark of a European 3, the furniture is all shabby, it’s scary to look at the air conditioner and refrigerator in the room, I go into the bathroom and understand that the room was not even cleaned before our check-in, because in the trash a bucket of garbage, plumbing is dirty, instead of a hair dryer, two bare wires stick out of the wall. Then my visor fell, I yelled at the porter and told him to do what he wanted, but that we be settled in a normal room. He ran away, literally 2 minutes later he came running with the keys to the neighbor. The situation is just as depressing, only the trash can is empty and instead of bare wires, a "hair dryer" sticks out. Okay, to hell with him, they threw things, pulled on their underpants, swimwear and ran to the sea to swim. But then another surprise awaited us - entering the sea is very traumatic, the stones are cobblestones, very sharp, they are thrown out by the surf and just tin. On the day, doctors only had time to run around people's limbs to sew up. The piers were closed, as I understand it, for repairs. The beach itself is very dirty and crap, the sunbeds are very dirty. After the water procedures went to dinner. Maybe because we were terribly hungry, but the abundance of food seemed wonderful to us, the only thing that was depressing was the "restaurant" itself - in our understanding, a canteen with plastic furniture. What else immediately strained - it's beer and wine - donkey urine, and Zuko breeder - it's tough !! ! There are no juices, alcohol is also obscene. Strong drinks of local production, we did not dare to try at all.
After being disappointed by the beach, we went to the pool. The pools are dirty, there are a lot of people splashing in them, for the entire rest I have not seen manipulations to clean the pools, the water is terribly chlorinated. The air conditioner was not turned on in the room, because they knew that it was not good for health, plus the appearance of the air conditioner did not inspire confidence, it had not been cleaned even once since installation, you just had to imagine how many bacilli there were. The refrigerator in the room turned out to be non-working, which I informed the reception about. We climbed into the shower, in the shower the water was SALT !! ! She couldn't wash her face properly or brush her teeth, so she had to go to the store for fresh water.
On the second day, my husband and I had a sore throat, but we did not attach any importance to this, we went to meet with the hotel guide. Do not listen to these monkeys - their task is to sell you as many excursions as possible, as it turned out, the quality of these excursions is also below the bottom.
Then we went to the canteen to eat, and then it dawned on us that we were eating the same thing as yesterday, and all 10 days the same thing. Only the "meat dish" changed. There is no MEAT in hotels, only chicken and some bespontovy sausages. It is impossible to eat soups, fruits one by one in one hand - tin !! ! Then I began to pay attention that the dishes on the distribution at the buffet tables are dirty, poorly washed, hygiene is at a disgusting level. By the evening, my husband and I had a sore throat in earnest, it was painful to swallow, the medicines brought with us from a local infection stubbornly did not want to help.

I saw how the rooms are cleaned, it's just a joke, it's better not to see it!! ! We changed the bed linen after 4 days, with a scandal when I came to the reception and started arguing with them. After 5 minutes, a hotel employee came running to us with an armful of pastel linen, but it was hot (just stroked) and wet (well, not dry yet). The next day, my husband's temperature rose to 40, I have about 38, we went to the pharmacy and bought local antibiotics, started drinking. In pharmacies in Turkey, not pharmacists work, but sellers, keep this in mind, there are no pharmacists in principle. The insurance company called the doctor. 2 Turks arrived, one does not speak Russian at all, the other is very bad. They didn’t even measure the temperature, put a standard of pills in their hands, slipped a piece of paper to sign, in which everything was in Turkish and saying that tomorrow they would come and visit, they went nowhere. Naturally, no one came the next day, no one fucking needed us!! ! Every second resident of the hotel walked around, some with sewn up legs, some with cotton wool in their ears and a bandaged throat, some dressed in shit.
Due to no hygiene, half the hotel really hurt. On the fifth day, the smell of this canteen became unbearably sick, we ate mostly fruit, which I bought at the market next door. And when we were unbearably hungry for meat, we went to a restaurant and paid 70 bucks per person for udin, but ate beef.
The refrigerator was never repaired for us, and I understood that more than half of the hotel residents had refrigerators that did not work.
Here we are, sick, hungry on the 5th day dreaming of a house, because everything around was starting to drive us crazy.
I also forgot to say that on the very first night a surprise awaited us - at 2 o'clock in the morning I woke up from the fact that the music was hammering as if I had turned it on in my room to the fullest. It turned out that this is in a bar outside the hotel at 2 am, a disco begins, which lasts until 6 am. AND IT WAS EVERY NIGHT!! ! WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP ON HOLIDAY!! ! It was real hell. Then, when at 6 in the morning the music was shutting up in this bar, our compatriots kicking with wild screams and yells, songs until 7 in the morning wandered around the rooms, burragos in the rooms until 7-30 and only then came the long-awaited silence.

I won’t write about excursions in detail, I’ll write that it’s shit, food in the cheapest eateries - toshnilovki, tour guides are Turks who speak Russian poorly, well, what can they tell you interesting things ?? ? So unobtrusively they drag you around the factories of all sorts of junk, where they offer you to buy in three ways everything that you can already buy here in Russia. In a word - AHTUNG!! ! Moreover, upon returning here, my husband and I continued to have a fever and get terribly sick for another 2 weeks already at home. But the lady was no longer so scared. Then my husband recovered, and I treated my throat for another 3 months, they couldn’t diagnose me for 2 months, my throat was all white inside. Then we managed to make a diagnosis - it turned out that it was staphylococcus aureus and some other microbe, which we naturally picked up in a hotel dear to our hearts. The previous 3 courses of antibiotics did not help me, because these microbes were resistant to these pills. 2 more correct courses of antibiotics and after another month - the throat is great, but the body as a whole was recovering for another six months.
Summing up, I do not advise from the bottom of my heart, do not believe good reviews, they are written to order in order to sell tours, do not believe travel agents, the goal is the same. Believe only the reviews of friends or acquaintances - like-minded people. In this hotel, especially with children, it is simply impossible. It was really painful to look at the little ones with cotton wool in their ears and rewound throats. Recently there was a broadcast on ORT, they took an analysis of the water from the Mediterranean Sea, just from this beach, the result is depressing, the water is very dirty and swimming in it is dangerous to health. Draw your own conclusions!! !
