We rested together with my mother (24 years old, and 53 years old) from July 24 to August 02. We specially chose a hotel so that I would have somewhere to go and my mother to relax on the sea. As for the hotel, everything is in order:

Arriving there at 2 in the afternoon (and this is the sun when it is simply not possible to be on the street) at the reception we were met by a girl named Denise. Having read earlier reviews on all sites, it was clear that we needed to get into new buildings. Asking Denise about such a service, she sharply replied that these rooms are only for families with children. Okay, we decided to look at the room. WAITING FOR THE KEY! Denise assuring us that in 5 minutes they will bring the key from the accounting department, because. the tenants moved out, lost the key, you have to wait a bit. We waited 20 minutes (not the worst). Let's go look. But before you look, the number must be found. No one is following you. You go out and try to find some line on your own, some building that starts almost from the beach itself, and the area is more than 1000 sq. m. , and that is the long-awaited number after the road. If someone calls in at night, then it’s not realistic to find at all, because. The light is not all over the place. Initially, we got a room located on the 1st floor on the fourth line. Found.
Having opened the door of the room, we see a picture that the room has not yet been rented out and people live there. Ok, let's go back to reception. Once again, we ask Deniz to locate us in the new buildings. We get the same answer, only even more boorish. Change number, go there. This time we got a room located on the 1st floor opposite the pool on the 3rd line. We go in and see a new picture: dirt everywhere - floors, shower, sink, etc. throughout the room. The towels feel like they were left from past tenants, the hair dryer doesn't work. We go back to Denise. We ask you to change the number, we repeat our request for new buildings, backing it up with money, Deniz yells like she’s not normal, that we got her to put it mildly, and whatever she gives, she will give. As a result, the key to the 3rd number is already. In the old building on the 1st line, on the 2nd floor. The picture is a little better. Everything works, Towels are clean but the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. We decided not to go anywhere else and not to ask. This was our biggest mistake.
SAFE. Safes are only there. There are no takeaways to the room. Payment per day is 2 $, but you must pay not for a certain amount that you want (for example, 3 days, and then extend), but for the entire stay at the hotel! Otherwise you can't shoot. Okay, we paid and we think that you don’t have to worry about the money, the documents left in the safe. It wasn't there! The next day, when meeting with the hotel guide, paying for excursions, we understand that something is missing. Initially, we did not have any expenses, so we knew exactly how much money we had. Having counted already in the room all your money - $ 5 NO! Arguing with the staff is useless. To prove that you had them is not realistic. allegedly the "ONLY" key to the safe is with you. Well, we are silent, a foreign country after all.
BEACH. There's another surprise there. The beach is dirty - gobies, packages of chips, plastic cups. And it's all under your feet. We approach the sea. To enter the sea there are two options:

1- you are walking from the beach, but at the same time you can break all your limbs, because. there are rock, natural slabs and stones overgrown with algae, similar to moss. And with the next wave, you just can’t stand on your feet.
2- This is from the pier, on which there are only 2 stairs, and the eternal queue for them.
The sea itself is very dirty. All the same bulls, cups, labels and algae sometimes. Constant storm. Breakwaters are not observed at all.
POOLS.
On the territory of 2 pools. The one that is larger, closer to the dining room, is always crowded (you can’t really swim in the sea).
The one closer to the reception is freer, but it is not possible to stay there. there are a lot of locals there. And yes, it did make an impression. That we did not come to a 4 * hotel, but to a camp site of local residents.

Dirt is everywhere. Plastic tables and chairs on which the tablecloth is also missing. And they call it a restaurant! Your happiness if you came to the opening and managed to take the table with the appliances still lying. It is then that you will more or less eat clean, if I may say so. If you came a little later, then you will get the table after someone else. Incomprehensible waiter boys, removing dirty plates from the table, do not even wipe the tables with a damp cloth. Accordingly, crumbs, traces of food, etc.
FOOD. The food is different. I won’t say that much is delicious, but you can choose. Poultry, turkey, sometimes stewed beef. Salads are different. But the smell of sourness from them, we simply bypassed. They only took vegetables. There is nothing else but oranges and watermelons (not every day). For all 10 days they gave one time grapes, and even that was all rotten.
DRINKING WATER. Was in coolers. Doubtful, because because of it, many people howled indigestion. The local nurse sent everyone for a purchase. By the way, in the same area there was also a massive water poisoning at the same time. As I heard from the locals, this is literally a couple of hotels from us. So what poisoned us is not clear.
Juices in the same coolers are parashkovye. As well as supposedly milk drinks.

The only thing that was really drinkable was the coffee that the machine made.
TERRITORY. The area is really big. There are places to walk. The only downside is it's running. All the same bulls, candy wrappers, cups, sometimes you could see plates and cutlery on the lawn.
CLEANING THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. The room was cleaned every day, but you can't call it cleaning. The dust was not wiped off, the floors were washed somehow, more often just swept. But it's kind of tolerable, compared to how the bathroom was cleaned. Or rather, it didn't clean up at all. Dirt in the shower tray just accumulated. In addition, the water after a shower could drain within 20 minutes. The toilet was not cleaned for 10 days at all, as well as the sink, by the way. Everywhere streaks either from dirty water or rust. But even this can be tolerated (we are not picky people, we can wash ourselves).
SERVICE. As I said, boors are rare! The last straw was that we were simply robbed (and for the 2nd time)
When we are on vacation, we all leave our suitcases and bags in the rooms. BIG AND BIG MISTAKE. Upon arrival at the hotel, vacationers complained that someone's slates were gone, someone's underwear, expensive cosmetics, someone tried to break the combination lock on their suitcase. But to be honest, we did not assume that something like this could affect us. Leaving for a 2-day excursion, we completely forgot our rubles, which were in a bag in a secret pocket, specially set aside for the return trip from the airport when we arrived home. It was not so much, only 1.300 rubles, but the very fact that we did not find them upon arrival at the hotel from the tour was simply outrageous. The whole bag was rummaged through, everything was pulled out of the pockets into the main compartment.

The administrator (name is Natalya) reacted to our complaint very irritably, impudently, boorishly saying: “I am not responsible for the employees. The director alone is responsible for them. You yourself are to blame for leaving this amount of money in the room. And in general, do you want a scandal?! ”.
She didn’t want to inspect the room right away and didn’t go, despite our requests to call security and inspect it. She told us to come to her at 10-00 the next day. The next day we heard a lot of "pleasant" in our address. I won’t retell everything, but the meaning is this: it’s our own fault, we are not responsible for the safety of the numbers, we are not responsible for our employees, and in general, how can you prove that you had this money. A whole commission, consisting of security, administrators, a cleaning lady and people who are not yet clear, came to our room the next day. They turned over all the mattresses, bedside tables, thought in their own way, and that was it.
