The hotel can be called Russian: more than half of the tourists are Russian-speaking. The hotel has many pluses and some minuses, although considerable.
1. Territory. A huge area located in a vertical plane. On the one hand, there are huge open spaces and beauty, on the other hand, problems with getting to the main building if you settled in a villa. For 8 days of rest, they never made a mistake with buses traveling every half hour across the territory. Far from the sea, about 2-3 km. About half an hour walk along the road along the greenhouses and residential areas. Who is minus, who is plus. The territory is immersed in greenery, beautiful and well-groomed
2. The hotel itself. A huge main building with restaurants and a spa, a games room and halls... I'll just say: chic. The complex was built as a hotel and private apartments, so transparent elevators and a hall with a roof to a height of 16 floors evoke a pleasant impression (a chandelier on 4 floors is an amateur). The villas are also magnificent, there is at least a living-dining room with a kitchen and a set of all appliances (even a dishwasher and a washing machine) and all kinds of utensils for cooking, and a bedroom. Who writes that there is no hood in the bathroom - do not believe it. Our people imagine ventilation as axial fans in the wall. There is a gravity valve next to the shower. There are 2 air conditioners, TV (not flat), hair dryer, telephone. . . Each villa has duplex rooms, sorry I didn't see them, very good ones, I suppose. The floor is marble, there are paintings on the walls, the design idea is executed competently. For numbers 5+ without hesitation.

3. Nutrition. Do not believe those who write about the monotony of food. These are either very picky bores, or gastritis-ulcers. The food is quite varied and quite tasty. There is always a variety of meat (pork, lamb, beef, calf), poultry (chicken, turkey), fish (red, sea and river species). I was very surprised by the huge selection of cheeses for breakfast - 7-8 pieces (mostly salty). Meat cut is ok. Fruits (in May) - apples, pears, bananas and oranges are always available, strawberries, peaches, apricots, melons, watermelons are "thrown" every day... Every day we managed to find new types of cakes. In general, the food is not the most varied that I have ever met in my life, but quite varied and tasty. We all ate our fill. They also write that the dishes are dirty. To be honest, on tea cups I sometimes met a rim from stubborn tea. Probably the dishwasher didn't clean. I just took another, everything is freely available. In any case, I did not meet any unsanitary conditions.
4. Service. This is perhaps the weakest point of the hotel. In short, polite infidels. They will culturally explain, and still they will settle in the most distant villas, despite the small child. And every day, without blinking an eye, they will lie to your face that the whole hotel is busy. This also applies to gastronomy, although in general, the guys are not bad and can be achieved if you show perseverance and diplomacy. Tipping in the hotel is not accepted in principle, however, in the main restaurant the principle of the buffet is fully implemented: there are no waiters, one might say. There are dish cleaners. Once I was in la carte on the - floor, I did not like the service. There is no diligence, the choice of dishes is modest, the good tables are buzzing))) (they came first). In general, they went to finish feeding the child in the main restaurant. The spa is good, but expensive. I really liked the guide Gulshat from Tez-Tour: I have never met such a smart and professional guide. He does not eat his bread in vain: he will offer any tour very skillfully and unobtrusively. The hotel will always help with advice, does not show hostility if nothing is taken. She gets all the points on a 5-point system))) The rooms are cleaned steadily, it is better to hang a sign "clean the room" or "please do not disturb. " Towels and bedding are changed every other day (in villas), water in the refrigerator - 0.5 liters per person)) Everything is fine, however, I can’t refute people who say that the floors are not washed. Our floor was always clean, there were no layers of dust on the furniture. In general, the overall rating of the service is 3.
4. Beach. I don't know, it wasn't. For 8 days, only two days the sun broke through. I saw that buses from the hotel went there. There is a beach bar. Sorry, I will not make a gag
5. Aqua perk. Great water park for the non-specialized option. excellent slides, solid structures, clear order, the staff tries to keep order. There is a bar and changing rooms (in the toilet building : ) ). There is a children's area, there are slides for the older ones, although there I willingly rode with my son on a cheesecake. 26 consecutive climbs to a height of 4 floors at a sprint pace convince me. which he really liked. But even here there is a minus: the water is not heated anywhere, so be prepared for this.

6. Animation. Below zero, in theory, there is a minus. The hotel is very boring. There is nothing to do in the evening. at 8:40 a 25-minute children's disco begins, then a show program in the amphitheater (or conference room if it's cold) with no animators. For comparison: in a relatively neighboring utopia, even the worst version of the show was significantly more interesting than the best programs here. The most grandiose show (for children) is the Lion King. Judging by the scenery and costumes - a stable annual production, it arouses interest among children under 10, the only thing that draws on 2+. Sorry if I'm too demanding ))) In the afternoon there is aqua aerobics in the pool. And, of course, passive animation: a piano in the hall, where tourists with a musical education themselves can play. Children's mini-club. Possibly golf. Game room, empty, because everything is for money. There is a bowling alley, two Russian billiards, an American and a carom table with a spectacle set for snooker))) Air hockey and other crap in the style of our cinemas. Boredom, in a word.
7. The rest. There are some amenities: free bus to Alanya and back 3 times a day. The spa center is free: hammam, sauna steam room, steam room (room with steam), Charcot shower, jacuzzi... Not bad, we liked it. There is a car rental, 35 euros per day (gasoline - at a gas station according to needs). There are photographers, shops, a small supermarket, there is a beauty salon in the spa, many ladies get their hair cut (apparently inexpensive))). Nearby there are lakes where some entertainments are invented. The views from the hotel are amazing. Of course, it is better to take rooms in the main building, the villas can be far away, it is not easy to walk, 2-3 km uphill 15-20% is not for everyone's health. Although the villas themselves are good. In general, the hotel stands at the foot of the hills-mountains, far from the sea and the road-promenade, there has always been a feeling of detachment and isolation. Dependence on the bus schedule contributed a little to this. To Alanya 10-15 kilometers, not far.
The main contingent is Russians and Ukrainians, with all the ensuing consequences. A few Germans, bits of Dutch, Scandinavians and Danes. Age is mostly 25-40 years old, there are not very many children, but quite a few.
Summary: the hotel is very good, even luxurious in some ways, however, you need to improve the service and a number of positions in order to get a deluxe. For this hotel it is not difficult. The main problem is the Russians. It will be more difficult here. In the evening, you need to come up with entertainment, dinner from 19:00, the bus to Alanya leaves at 19:30. Back at 00:00. We went with a child, quite well. There is not much to do in the hotel. The room has only a TV and your amateur performances. You will not starve, rather, you will always be full and satisfied. Service requires perseverance and polite diplomacy, feel free to remind if something is needed. Scandals are not required, people are not deaf. But don't ask for miracles. The territory is huge and beautiful, but it is better to use it for walking, rather than daily back and forth. Great water park. Magnificent landscapes of the mountains and the sea, Alanya from a height and a little from afar. Don't forget the spa. The standard heated pool is only there, on the street all the pools are not heated. In general, the hotel is good, worthy of the 5 * category, no more no less
